"now why is JJ doing annoucements?" avery asked asher holding his hand walking in school. "no one else wanted to."

"the team really needs you. especially with spencer gone. you're clean now." av brought up. "yeah i know." asher kissed her forehead. "my class is this way." asher left.

"avery hi! this is vanessa montes. she's the new football coach's daughter." layla said with liv beside her as well. "this is avery. used to be a cheerleader."

they shook hands. "look i gotta get to class. nice meeting you. see you later?" avery suggested. "sure." vanessa said. avery left. "she seems nice."

"yeah avery is great once you get to know her." liv said.

"so did you meet the coaches daughter vanessa?" avery asked. "uh i saw her but i didn't talk." asher answered.

"oh."

liv, layla and avery were at the cafe. "i need to talk. i lied." avery started. "i missed the vegas trip because i stopped by mexico because of my mom had a work trip, and suprised asher. i saw him with vanessa. i'm not jumping to conclusions with him cheating, i just don't know."

"oh my god." layla said. "what did you do?" liv asked. "i left. and i don't think asher knows i was there. can we keep this down?" avery suggested. the two girls nodded.

layla invited avery and asher to a double date. which ended up with simone, vanessa, JJ, spencer, layla, avery and asher.

apparently jordan ditched and left with liv. "why's vanessa and ash talking?" avery asked. "maybe their just talking like friends?" simone suggested.

avery told simone about asher and vanessa. "they were hugging before in mexico. no way." avery denied.

"av, why in the hell you haven't told him yet?" layla asked. "i don't know. i'm scared how he'll react."

"he won't know unless you tell him. you have to avery." layla added. she sighed. "i know."

"sad to see you with no uniform." avery stated. "it's my own fault. but i'm owning up to the consequences."

"look about summer." asher started. "i knew vanessa before beverly. i met her in summer. and we-"

"you what?" avery asked. "i didn't cheat. we just talked and had a bond."

avery sighed, "let's just move on. summer is in the past. ok?"
