Back Malak's POV
"Yeah," I frowned, feeling the throbbing in my head starting already. "Malak," he called again, making me sigh and look at him. "What, Zagan? What?" I asked so tired with the way he has been treating me.
He didn't say anything, making the throb in my head intensify. "This-" I started, not knowing what this feeling is. "The way you've been treating me does not make me feel okay," I said while moving some of my hair behind my ear. "I'm sorry that I left with Lucifer, but he helped me. He has been there for me whenever I take that disgusting juice but," I shivered then rubbed my temples.
"I feel like you're turning your back to me like He did. My bestest friend growled at me and turned away from me then you made me sleep in the same room with him. I've slept with Diego before but right after he- shit," I groaned then went to apologize, but Lucifer tilted my head up.
"What I tell you, little rose? You don't ever apologize for the way you feel," he smoothly said then rubbed my cheek. "Jehovah said its unhealthy for you to not sleep so long," Zagan mumbled while staring at Lucifer.
I let out a sigh and leaned against the counter. "I know, that's why I've been eating foods that's good for the spirit and the body," I replied then let out a yawn. "Great, she's tired again. Thanks Zagan," Zariya sarcastically said while clapping her hands.
"Do you need more, Malak?" Lucifer softly asked me with a deep frown on his forehead. "Yes, please," I mumbled then leaned against the counter.
I started to close my eyes, immediately seeing that flash. "Wake up," I mumbled, but it felt so good to get some sleep after so long.
My eyes soon shot open when felt that familiar pain spread through my body again. I let out a low groan and whine as I stare at Lucifer holding me in his arms. "Come on, little rose," he mumbled, but the coughing quickly came.
I turned from him and began retching and gasping. "Let go of her! What did you feed her?" Zagan snapped then quickly held me in his arms. The coughing quickly stopped, allowing me to just let the burning flow through my entire body. "You're burning up," he muttered then lifted me in his arms.
"She needs to sleep," I mumbled. "She slept a little when she was in my home before I fed her this," Lucifer voiced. "She's never going back to your house," Zagan snapped.
Zariya quickly pulled me into her arms and demanded for the men to stop arguing. "What do you want to do, sis?" Zariya asked, moving my hair out of my face. I let out a groan since my throat feels like its on fire.
"Diego!" Zariya called, making me shake my head. He came from his room, looking like he hasn't eaten at all. "Diego?" I called, seeing how sick he look. He looked up at me with his tail completely between his legs and his ears were back.
I've never seen his head so low to the ground. "Diego, I forgive you," I hoarse then cringed at the straining on my throat. "I fed you a little more, Malak," Lucifer mumbled then grabbed my hand. "God do not contact me from there since there is so much crust and mantle to get through," he chuckled.
I closed my eyes as I try to bare this pain. "Stay awake for me a little longer, little rose," Lucifer softly said into my ear before a felt a kiss being placed on my head. "I will come too," Zagan quickly said before I felt Lucifer walking.
As soon as I felt my back touch comfortable sheets, I relaxed a little and watch the two men stare at me from the side of the bed. "It will be some hours before she falls asleep," Lucifer sigh. "Then get it out of her system," Zagan demanded.
"It will require me to kiss her," Lucifer smirked. "No, I will hold her," he rushed then got in bed behind me and wrapped his arms around me. The pain quickly subsided to the point I wasn't shaking and convulsing in pain.
