Heavily inspired by Jennifer's Body lol 

I walk through the crowded halls with my best friend, Tara Carpenter. Tara isn't one of the most popular girls in our school. She wasn't back in woodsboro either, though. I gained more popularity for being Sidney Prescotts daughter, and surviving the most recent woodsboro killings. Tara was there, just never recognized as much as I am.

"We should totally invite everyone tonight!" I looked to my left, where the shorter brunette was.

"I dunno. Do you really think it's a good idea?" She looked up at me, hesitant. We finally stopped  at my locker, she was to my left as my locker stayed open towards the right.

The locker slammed shut. 

"I think it's a wonderful idea."  Ethan scared the shit out of us. I leaned in for a quick kiss, Tara rolled her eyes.

"What movie will we watch?" He said while I reopened my locker. 

"Clearly I'm not in charge of any decision making." Tara mumbled.

"Ask the twins. Can you also invite Anika and Quinn please I haven't seen them in so long." I shut my locker one final time, grabbing my backpack.

"Yeah of course. I'll see you tonight, love you."  He leaned in for a quick peck to the lips. 

"Love you, bye." I blushed. I pulled a backpack strap over my shoulder as I pointed my head towards Tara.

"Let's get it all set up!" I exclaimed.

Time skip

Everyone arrived at the sorority where practically only Tara and I lived in.  Snacks filled the table as so did alcohol.

"Jesus, y/n where the fuck did you get this shit?" She said picking up a beer bottle.

"Mindy leaves some for whenever she comes over."

"Yeah and do you ever drink it?" She looked at me, annoyed.

"No? What the fucks your problem?" I ask her with annoyance as well.

"Jesus y/n don't-" the front bell rang. I scoffed and rolled my eyes.

"Whatever, we'll talk later. Don't be a bitch to them, K?" I went over to the door and opened it with a smile. 

"Hi baby!" I kissed Ethan on the lips as everyone else walked in.

"Hey everyone!" I said, turning around to everyone else.

"Hey, y/n!" Numerous voices said. They all took seats on the couch where Tara already was. I sat down on Ethan's lap.

"Tara you look like you just got hit by a bus." Mindy claimed.

"Yeah what the fuck happened to you?" Quinn added.

"Guys, don't be mean. She's just having a rough day." I replied.

"What happened?" Chad asked, opening a beer. The movies intro started playing in the distance. 

"Nothing guys can we just not talk about it?" Tara glumly said. 

"I'll be back." Tara exited the living room.

"She's fuckin dead." Mindy took a sip of her beer.

"MINDY!" Anika slapped her shoulder, causing Mindy to let out a soft laugh.

I decided to go check on Tara, because it was bothering me how upset she was. I don't even know what she's so upset about, but she is upset about one thing.

I followed where I heard her footsteps: her bedroom.  I softly knocked on the door.

"Who is it?" She called out.

"It's just me." I softly replied. "Hi." I said as she opened the door.

"What do you want." 

"To talk. I promised to." 

"You sure as hell promise a lot of things. Some of them never get done, can they?" 

"Jesus, Tara. Can we just talk please?" I sat down on the side of her bed. She quickly followed after shutting her door. 

"What do you wanna talk about." She shrugged.

"Why are you being such a douche?" I asked her.

"Y/n, it's very complicated okay? And it involves sharing personal thoughts." She softly said.

"You can trust me with anything," I put my hand on her thigh. She slightly flinches to the touch. 

"I can't say it." She gases around the room. Avoiding eye contact with me.

"Why not?" I ask her, in the same, subtle tone she gave me.

"I'm afraid it'll ruin  things." She added, looking up at me.

"Ruin what?" 

"Us, you and Ethan." I began to get a hint at what she was talking about. Nervous, I grab her chin, bringing it to make her look at me.

"I don't think this is right, but, I want to do it so bad." She looked at my eyes, then my lips, several times.

"Then let us be wrong." I pulled into her, grabbing her face with both my hands, her hands on my hips. Our lips connected, I sucked softly on her top lip. 

"Are you sure?" She pulled away.  I nodded as she pulled me on top of her.
