"KYOKOOOOOOOOOOO!!" Makoto yelled from the bathroom as a loud crash was heard. Kyoko walked towards the bathroom and opened the door to see Makoto and the shower certain in the tub. Although, he was naked but had a towel over him. Kyoko sighed as she looked at him. "How did this happen?" She asked him as she helped him up. "Well, I was drying off and then I slipped and grabbed the certain because I was scared?" He tilted his head. "I'm concerned that you don't even know how you fell.." She said as she turned to him. "Your just adorable, you know that?" She patted his head. He beamed as he chuckled. "I know!" He chirped. Kyoko softly smiled at him before exiting the bathroom and closing the door behind her. Makoto looked in the mirror. He saw a child. Him. He's the child. Literally.
"No wonder she calls me cute, I look like a literal child.." He said quietly. "I don't know where I got that from because it's not from my mom or dad. Welp, I might as well appreciate it that I look like I'm 5." He smiled as he putted on some clothes. As he walked out the bathroom, he saw Kyoko on her laptop. He looked closely and saw her earbuds. She was probably listening to something. He walked towards her and wrapped his arms around as she was still sitting in the chair. Her eyes widened from surprise but, knew that it was Makoto. She smiled softly and kissed his cheek. "Whatcha listening to?" He cooed. "Box-15." She said quietly. "Can I listen too?" He asked with his Ultimate Puppy-Eyes. She looked at him and rolled her eyes playfully as she took out one of her earbuds so they could both listen. Makoto began vibing to the nice music. "Like it?" She asked. He nodded. "I listen to it while working. Helps me focus." She said turning back to the laptop and typing. "Wow..you type so fast and with out looking!" He said as he looked at Kyoko typing rapidly. "Took Keyboarding classes when I was 8." She said as she continued working. "Your probably the most smartest person I've ever met. You have A+ on all your assignments!" He said as he admired her. "I know." She said. "Your so pretty I could look at you for eternity." He said with his eyes as big as a baby. "Is that your way of flirting? It's cute." She said softly. "Heheh..thanks." A tint of red entered Makoto's cheeks. Afterwards it was pretty silent for a few minutes. Makoto was just watching Kyoko work. "Kyoko.." Makoto called. "Hm?" She hummed in response. "I know this is a bit of a personal question but...what's underneath your gloves?" He tilted his head. Kyoko exhaled quiveringly. "...Makoto..it's time you know what's under these gloves and how it happened. I'm only doing this because under these gloves, the ones I consider family, can only see." She said calmly even though she was extremely anxious. Kyoko held a grip of the glove and slowly removed it from her hand. Makoto saw the burnt scars on her hands as he stood there terrified. "W-What happened..?" He said shaking, looking like he was about to cry. "It happened when a building exploded and I tried to protect someone I trusted." She said calmly. Makoto's tears began building up. "It's alright, Makoto, I'm fine.." She smiled as she reassured him. He hugged her tightly and she rubbed his back as comfort from what she just told him. "I'm sorry you went through that, Kyoko.." He sniffled.

"It's not your fault, Makoto.." She said calmly. "I love you, Kyoko." He sniffled and said softly. He sounded so cute and innocent. "I love you too, Makoto." She kissed his forehead as he smiled weakly. "Your eyes are beautiful." He
said looking deeply into her eyes. She giggled quietly. "Well, I've never seen anyone with such gentle eyes like yours. The washed-out color of aesthetic hazel is very attractive." She said. "Cmon, We both know that I'm not that attractive." He said smiling. "I wasn't kidding, Makoto. I really find your eyes very interesting and gentle. They fit you and your personality. Your a very polite, optimistic, and loving person. I've haven't met anyone like you." She said as she stroked his cheek with her thumb. "Really? I don't think I've met anyone like you either. Your intelligent, gorgeous, caring, quiet, and the best girlfriend in the world!" He said cheerfully. She loved it when he was happy and cheerful. That was just Makoto being himself. "Makoto, what do you think your future would look like?" Kyoko asked as she relaxed on her bed. "Hmm...well your in it!" He chirped. She was quite surprised. "And I guess I see myself as a Detective with you!" He said beaming. "Are you sure you can handle Detective work?" Kyoko turned towards him. "You did. And whatever you can do, I can do! I hope.." He said confidently. "Your a very optimistic person. That's very important in life, optimism, it can help you have courage and hope." She said thoughtlessly. "I do wish I had that optimism in me." She said softly smiling at him. "Well that's how Aquarius are! Optimistic!" He said. "Aquarius? I thought they were aloof and distant." She said. "Oh, there are 2 types. February and January. I'm February Aquarius so they would act more like me. January ones are very rare but, their more aloof and distant." He explained. "Your smarter than you look." Kyoko said quietly. "Thank you!" He hugged her. "Oop-" Makoto said. "What is it, Makoto?" Kyoko asked as she looked over his shoulder. "Okasan texted me, we gotta go." He said putting on his sneakers. Kyoko slipped into her boots. As they walked out the room, Kyoko already flew across the hallway making a right. "Jeez! Kyoko, your fast in heels!" Makoto said as he tried to catch his breath, his voice was already quite breathy. "Oh, apologies.." She said as she slowed her pace for him to keep up.
