Makoto placed his phone on the floor and ran towards the crate. "Oooo~ What breed is he?" Makoto asked. "She's a Shiba Inu." His father replied. "After Tankiro's death a year ago I thought I should get a puppy that was a different breed." Kyutai said as he sat on the couch. "You only brought her to be a replacement for Tankiro." Komaru pouted and grimaced at the puppy. "Komaru, don't be upset! I miss Tankiro too but, maybe we could give this little cutie a chance." Makoto said as he stuck his finger between the crate bars and the little puppy licked his finger as he giggled. "I don't care, I'll just go to my room." Komaru said angering as she went back upstairs. Makoto frowned. "Makoto just leave her be, she'll come around." Mioki said as she kissed his cheek. "Mk. Now what will we name you?" He asked the puppy as he let her out the crate. "She'll be a bit of a tough cookie since she's a Shiba Inu." Mioki stated. "How about, Kaikhan?" Makoto asked. "That's a very nice name. I think Khan has a powerful meaning." Mioki said. "Heh, same here." Makoto replied.
"She'll need to be trained tomorrow. Shiba's are a stubborn breed so she'll need to be trained by you, Makoto." Kyutai said. "M-Me?" Makoto was confused. "Yup, Tankiro was originally for Komaru. Kaikhan's yours." He said taking a bite out of a Japanese snack. "I see. Alright then." Makoto said as he picked up Kaikhan. "Honey, are you sure about this? We both know that Makoto's too kind. He won't even discipline her." Mioki said worried. "He'll be fine." Kyutai said as he kissed Mioki. She kissed him back in return before pulling away and starting to make dinner.

{Makoto's Room}

"Alright, Kaikhan. I'll try and call my girlfriend ok? We kinda need to talk." He booped her nose. Kaikhan huffed. Makoto smiled gently at her before calling Kyoko. "Hello? Kyoko?" Makoto said. "I don't really have time to talk right now, Naegi. I'm busy." She said in a annoyed tone. "Oh, my bad. Can you come over? I need some help with something." He asked politely although he was lying. "Yes I can come over. I'll be over in a few." She sighed. "Ok thanks I love you." He said softly. Kyoko hung up. Makoto frowned. Kaikhan licked his face and Makoto chuckled sweetly. In Kaikhan's mind, she found him very gentle and kind. A little too kind telling from his scent. He smelled like shamrocks and flowers. And he looked like a child despite being 17. And very very short. "Ya know, It feels weird having a dog that's not Tankiro but, I hope we become the best of friends." Makoto said gently as he petted Kaikhan's head. He knew Shiba's weren't that affectionate so he decided to give her some space. As he lied down, he unlocked his phone and opened iMessage. Kaikhan snuggled next to him. Not out of affection but, because he was warm. It was already quite cold in the Naegi Residence. Makoto smiled and rubbed behind her ears.

{The Togami Residence}

As Kyoko got out the limo, Byakuya got out as well. He straightened his coat and pushed up his glasses. Kyoko swiftly walked pass Byakuya as to not try and speak with him. Byakuya got out his keys and unlocked the door and opened it for Kyoko. She walked inside and scanned the location. She was always aware of her surroundings. "Cmon, the Dinning Area is this way." Byakuya leaded her. She followed. As she did, she saw only 2 people. They both seem like their in their 20's. "Greetings, Kirigiri Kyoko." Kyoko bowed. "Pleased to meet you, I'm Yashiro Togami and this is my Husband, Ikiru Togami." Byakuya's mother bowed. As Byakuya pulled out a car for Kyoko, she sat down and glared at him. "Kuya, thank you for bringing her, I don't what I would do without you." His mother thanked him. Byakuya rolled his eyes. "Anywho, its a pleasure to finally meet you, Kirigiri." Ikiru spoke. "You too, Mr. Togami." Kirigiri replied.

"We needed to speak with you. There's been someone sneaking around our house and stealing, we've been losing a lot of money and we don't know how or why. We're also afraid that whoever it is might come and kill us." Yashiro said to Kyoko in a fearful manner. "Ma'am, I understand. I'll try to find out who's taking your money and stealing your things. Just schedule when I can investigate." Kyoko said respectfully. "Thank you." Ikiru thanked her. "Would you like to stay for dinner?" Yashiro suggested. "I would but, I'm afraid that I have to go and see someone. They need me for something." She said checking her watch. "Oh well, Kuya can drive you there! Right sweetie?" Yashiro asked her son. "Yes ma'am." Byakuya replied as he opened the door for Kyoko again. She went out and into the limo.
