With everything that's going on in your life, you forgot that you were just supposed to be.. a high school student. A normal high school student, going through college applications, going through day to day life doing homework and trying to achieve high grades. You're in your senior year.
You forget, with everything that's going on with the cult, the ghosts, and Nockfell in general. It's so creepy. You never really expected to be concerned with something like this, you thought you'd just be trying to fit in a school where everyone already knew each other. You already thought of how you'd try, with the high possibility of failing, to make friends.. well, thanks to Gab and Todd meeting you it was fairly easy.
It's really funny how the guy who doesn't even go to your school is the one that lead you to making friends at your school.
Thanks Gab, you're a real one.
But still, after all that's happened.. you forget you're just a high school student.
Now, how did we get into this house party again?
You try to remember, eyes squinting through the moving and changing lights. This house was bigger than the ones in Mina's and Ash's street, mostly because it's in the upside of town, but still this was almost a mansion.. almost, because you've never actually seen a mansion before. The house has three floors and it's bigger than the other houses. This is already a mansion to you, considering the fact that you've only ever lived in apartments your entire life.
With a cup of beer in hand (you were honestly just holding it after someone said that everyone's required to have beer to have fun, thanks Larry), you steer through the sea of people dancing to music, trying to find your friends. It was strange why you were here in the first place, it was Heather's house the party was held at. She invited their entire senior year, and yes that meant even them in their group of outcasts.
It was even stranger that Heather went up to Selene personally to invite their group.
They didn't want to go, being highly suspicious of Heather's intentions, but it was.. Selene who had everyone convinced to come with. Ash was upset about it, but Selene was rather good at convincing everyone to go to the party. Mina didn't go, saying that she has to go to a family reunion. Sal had questioned her on it, being suspicious, but she had assured him with messages from her family.
You sigh, still pushing through bodies as you finally get out of the crowded house.
You forgot why you're here in the first place.
Oh wait, you do.
Heather invited you guys.
You just forget why you actually went, other than the fact that Selene had convinced you guys to go.
You feel rather guilty that you lost her within five minutes of you guys arriving at the place.
A hand lands on your shoulder, holding you in place, "Y/N."
You couldn't help the scream that escaped your lips, turning around to find Sal staring with his hand still in the same place in the air as it was on your shoulder earlier.
