I was stood in the kitchen later that evening with Maxwell and Will when I noticed Kai coming over to us from where he was sat with Liv.
"You alright Kai?"
"Bro I'm not being funny but if she was genuinely happy she wouldn't be arsed about me. I genuinely don't care, you do you and I'll do me. Why do you keep bringing shit up to me. I don't care about you."
"Mm."
"Just stop fucking with my life, it's pissing me off now."
You could see the almost alarm bells ringing in Maxwell's head as he made his way over to Olivia when Kai finished his rant and to be honest if that was me I'd want to know why my partner was being like that.
"I would just say like try and ignore it." I told him. "You and Sanam seem like you're in a good place and it would be a shame to let her spoil that."
"No I agree."
She obviously wasn't getting anywhere with Maxwell as the pair split and then she gathered some of the girls, obviously not including me or Sanam and seemed to start crying over the issue.
"She's probably just overwhelmed by the situation." I told Kai when he seemed confused about why she started crying. "You've got nothing to apologise for and she hasn't. Maybe this could be her just letting you go."
I thought that would have been the end of all the drama for the night when I went to bed. From what she told me, Claudia and Casey had resolved their issues after the challenge and Liv and Maxwell seemed to have sorted their things out.
"So when Maxwell came to speak to us he kind of mentioned something Liv said." Tom whispered to me as we cuddled in the bed. "He said Liv mentioned about how you were sucking up to Kai when you never liked him and how maybe I should like watch out."
"She actually said that?" Forgetting we were in a dark bedroom I sat up, looking around to check no-one had heard us. "Like for real?"
"Apparently that's what Maxwell said."
"You know what I'm literally not even going to rise to those comments. You know I would never like go for Kai don't you?"
"Of course I do, I'm not like worried because of a comment Liv made." He reassured me, noticing the almost sense of panic in my voice as he pulled me back down to his chest. "Everything is fine. Just ignore her."
"I'm not bothered about the comment she makes about me. It's just that like what if it could get between us or even like the friendship I have with Sanam. That's out of order."
"It is but just speak to Sanam, I'm sure she'll understand and I'm here. I'm not going anywhere."
"Thank you."
"I've got your back baby" He whispered before leaning in to seal our lips together. "I've got you."
