Will kicked off the recoupling by choosing Jessie, quickly followed by Shaq picking Tanya.
Aaron was next. "I would like to couple up with this girl because I think she deserves to be in here and to open herself up more whether that's with someone in here or someone who's yet to come in. I feel like she deserves more than what she has got and I think she probably doesn't know that yet. So the girl I would like to couple up with is... Lana." Wow.
Spencer then went and chose Olivia again. Kai then went. "I've decided to couple up with this girl because she's absolutely beautiful. From the conversations I've had with her she seems to have good characteristics and a brilliant personality. I'd like to explore than connection further and see if there is a genuine connection there. So that's why I made my decision. So the girl I want to couple up with is... Samie." I was mostly pissed with that decision at leaving Tanyel vulnerable but at the same time I knew he didn't deserve her.
That left Ron now having to couple up with someone else. "I've decided to couple up with this girl because she has stood by me and watched me mess up time and time again. Put me in place every single time and I had her at such high value in here. I think she's the most beautiful person in here inside and out. I wouldn't be able to go through this journey without you as my best friend. So the girl I would like to couple up with is... Tanyel." That made me so happy for her, knowing she wasn't going to be leaving. It's never nice to be left until the end like this and before she left she turned around to give me a hug.
That left Tom with three girls to choose from: Ellie, Zara and me.
"I would like to couple up with this girl because since the start we've had something that I've not experienced with any other girl. She makes me smile all the time when I'm with her and I spend my time in here always gravitating towards her. I don't think she realises what an amazing person she is in here and I hope I can show her what she means to me." This is definitely a change I've seen in him being more open with his thoughts. "Standing up here right now I can't imagine myself picking anyone else but her. I can't wait to finally share a bed with her but hopefully we can keep the little trips on the terrace together."
"You wish." I whispered but I couldn't help the smile on my face. That was the next test for us seeing if that spark is kept when we're in a couple together and not stealing moments together throughout the day.
"So the girl I would like to couple up with is..... Val."
Making my way over to him, I gave him a kiss before we sat down together. "That was good."
"I'm so fucking nervous, I'm like shaking right now."
The next text came through. "Ellie and Zara you are now single. However only one of you will be leaving the villa tonight, that decision is down to your fellow islanders."
"Each couple will vote for the girl they want to save. Please now discuss in your couples the girl you would like to save."
Tom and I walked off to discuss our decision and I don't think it could have been harder for us right now. I'd obviously had my argument with Zara but I also knew that Ellie did have something for Tom with the swerved kiss.
