"Wala na yung dating suki natin na supplier ng mga vegetables and fruits. Nilubog daw ng utang. Kaya wala silang choice kundi ay magsara na lang."

"We need to look for another as soon as posible. Dahil kung hindi, maaapektuhan rin ang negosyo natin." giit ni Madam Flor.

"At dapat yung katiwa tiwalang tao. Wag tayong kumuha ng isang supplier na walang magandang background sa pagnenegosyo." dagdag ko.

"Yes maam, we will work that right after our meeting." sagot ni Bren.

Tumango ako. Sana nga, may mahanap sila. Kundi ay pati ako ay dadagdag ang problema sa kung ano pa ang gagamiting ingredient sa kusina. Lalo na ngayon, agarang nauubos yung mga stocks vegetables dito sa sobrang daming orders and caterings. Kung walang suppliers, baka sakaling wala na rin kaming choice kundi ang magsasara rin for a meantime. Pero hindi dapat mangyari yon.

After how many days, we received an update from Bren. He sent me an email where we can see the profile of the said supplier he found. I'm here in my office, i open that link of document na sinent niya sakin kanina. I notice na bakit yung secretary's profile ang sinend niya sakin?

I called Bren. "Bren, are you joking me? I need the owner's profile not his or her secretary's profile!"

"Madam, i sent you another email for my explanation. And i already told you there. They have a good business background this since 2017 and until now. I gave you the secretary's background and not the owner's background because that's only the information that they gave to us. At ang secretary niya mismo ang mag aasikaso sa atin kung sakaling papayag kayo na sila ang maging supplier natin."

"At bakit? So, anong gagawin ko sa background ng secretary na 'to? anong purpose ng owner? 'Di ba dapat trabaho niyang i-entertain yung mga payers? They just give you their secretary's information? If that so, then.. they're not for us. Find another supplier. Baka mamaya budol lang yan."

"Madam Lorine, listen to me. I wouldn't tell you this just because i have no choice. But look at their business background first. So unreal! Read it, i already sent you."

I exhaled. "Bren, hindi eepekto sa akin 'yan. Me as a manager, i want to see and talk to that owner kahit gaano pa kaganda yang business nila before we have an agreement for them to be our supplier and become our business partner. Titingnan ko kung magaan ba siyang pakisamahan or hindi. Just to be clear Bren. It's a business.. Owner to owner ang discussion before agree. Sabay namin siyang kakausapin ni maam Flor. And for sure hahanapin yan ni maam Flor ang owner mismo not the secretary." paglinaw ko.

"Yes madam, don't worry. I will try to contact the owner. And as soon as posible, makakausap niyo na siya."

Tumango ako. "Okay, we're waiting for that." binaba ko na ang tawag.

Binalik ko ang atensyon sa aking laptop. Tiningnan ko ang sinent niyang link which is yung background ng business nila. It is an article of a legit source. Ngunit lumaki ang mata ko ng makita ko ang article na ito ay galing pa mismo sa Philippine article! And it contains only about their good business and how it became successful with the entire years and with a huge of 18 thousand hectares?? And one of the biggest farm here in the Philippines at nag e-export pa ng mga new harvested vegetables not only in one country but in the several countries! Wow, Seriously!?

Binasa ko lang yung mga mahahalagang information at namangha ako ng sobra. This is so perfect, pero ang nakakainis... Bakit ayaw magpakilala ng owner? But i want to see that owner if we want them to be our supplier. Para naman maging close kame.
