Chapter 9: Entertainment District

Any district has its different types of amusement, sometimes it has its normal and uneasy atmosphere for those who enter but unfortunately, things won't go well for those in an area known as the "Entertainment District" or Red light district. A place where women are sold to men in terms of money or prostitution in the most pleasing or unpleasing way possible, strange enough there were cases of disappearances going on in the exact era similar to the Mugen Train incident but this time it was no missing passenger or Slayers disappearing but now its the vanishing of girls and Tengen's well-trusted warriors which were Ninjas but not ordinary ninjas, they happened to be his three wives who were gathering information until they disappeared so he decides to take Mulan, Raya, and the Kamado squad
To investigate the situation.

Tengen: Alright, now, the three of you boys are just peasants to me while I'm
A God!

Zenitstu: Seriously, you look nothing like one.

Inosuke: He's right. There's only one God here!

Tengen: Nonsense, If I tell you that you're a monkey, then I say so. If I say that you're nothing but a dog, then I say so!

They were not prepared for such unwelcoming comments or slight insults from the Sound-Hashira and his " Flamboyant " nature he calls it in his perspective however this didn't stop Mulan and Raya from helping him and the team while Tengen, and the two members of the squad specifically Inosuke and Zenitstu are not on good terms as they almost consistently argue and beat each other entirely however Tanjiro still recalls that night of the Mugen Train incident as he held on to the second Talisman around his neck while remembering what happened to Rengoku as he wondered if the same thing might happen to him as well but his thoughts were interrupted by Mulan.

Mulan: Tanjiro, you alright?

Tanjiro: Yeah, I'm just a little confused and freaked out about what happened to Rengoku and his Talisman.

Mulan: That's something that we forgot to mention, the Talismans hold incredible power which comes from the deity himself, and if you see him in a colored void that's when you will meet him and he might as well grant you a portion of his power but at a price: once you used up your strength from the Talisman then it would also drain your strength from your body and then you'll probably pass out

Tanjiro: For how long?

Mulan: a week or maybe a month.

Embarrassed and scared of the results, he decides to at least put it aside for now as they continue their journey to The Red light district but unfortunately Tengen had something embarrassing planned for them, and the only way of luring the upper-rank Demon was by disguising as women, Mulan and Raya laughed at the idea but when they arrived at some sort of festival at the Entertainment district that's things for them turned from amusing to a disgusting site of seeing women being sold as property to people who were perverts or slave masters just to please them or do something far more perverted which they do not want to find out.

Mulan: This is disgusting Mr. Uzui.

Raya: Are we going to find this Upper Moon and find these ninjas of yours or are you just selling us to some old men that will do something extremely unwanted?

Tengen: Relax girls, we are trying to lure the Demon out but first I need to find my so-called "Contact " that wishes to speak with me and it might have something to do with you talking about your un-Flamboyant superstition.

They turned their heads and looked at each other and they were surprised to know that someone else knows about
Their mission but they didn't tell anyone about it, Tanjiro and his squad continued patrolling the area disguised as girls which made them a bit more uncomfortable when older men would look at them with expressions that would describe them as "Sick and perverted ".

Zenitstu:( The only girl that I'll ever be with will always be NEZUKO But I wouldn't do something like this!)

Inosuke:( This is embarrassing, how could this GOD OF FESTIVALS treat us like this!)

Tanjiro:( I don't know why he's doing this to us but I rather smell the Demon's scent if it's fresh).

Meanwhile, Tengen was spotted by Mulan as she was observing him to see who was his contact he must speak to and it revealed to be a young man with glasses, they seemed to be taking in somewhat of a "private " location in the district but she had to observe closely and to hear what they were talking about.

Tengen: Alright so let me get this straight, you believe in this daring adventure that involves the Demons, an underground world with some flashy city and huge monsters?

???: Yes, believe it or not, this is a big deal for us and unfortunately many don't believe me but I must somehow prove that it exists.

Tengen: Okay then, if this has something to do with our new friends talking about these superstitions then what's in it for me?

The Man with glasses hands him what seems to be a small pouch with the sounds of small jingles that resembles the sounds of dinner bells as Tengen opened his eyes widen and grew a huge smile on his face which revealed
A good amount of Yen in this pouch.

Tengen: Well then, I guess this may not be a bad deal after all and a very Flamboyant deal too.

???: Make sure you at least keep your new friends safe and I know you have a Demon that needs to be exterminated but-

Tengen: Alright I get it, but listen to me, young man this will be done while you make your Flamboyant but suicidal mission to this underground world.

Relieved by this the Sound-Hashira escorted the young man with glasses out of the district safely before anyone noticed since they believed that they were being watched they don't know who specifically but they know it was not good to be observed like a Snake stalking its prey while waiting to strike.

???: So I guess this is sayonara huh?

Tengen: Yeah, well then it was flashy to meet you Mr-

Milo: Thatch, Milo Thatch.

They parted ways as Uzui quickly reunited with his team, he noticed Zenitstu protecting a little girl from an intimidating-looking woman as she just walked back into the darkness but something was odd about her intimidating atmosphere like something was not right about her as her appearance changes to a demonic-looking form while belts as they hold a woman with black and yellow hair, it was Makio, one of Tengen's wives trapped in the female Demon's Obi-Belts as her eye reveals a number:6.

Makio: So let me guess, you're an Upper Moon right?

Daki: Yes, I'm known as Daki but you will know me as your superior!

Makio: Like hell, I would you Demon bitch!

Before she could insult her more an obi-belt wrapped itself around her mouth to prevent her from spouting out more insults from the upper-rank Demon's perspective she enjoys this kind of torcher but it is revealed that should also capture the other two as well, meanwhile, Tanjiro catches the scent and knows where Daki is located by smell the scent of blood and recent use of her Blood-Demon-Art.
