Chapter 18: A Beast's end

The stage was set, and one battle would lead to the final that would end
The war between humanity, demons, and the Titans, but this time, the stakes are high, and chances of either winning or survival are slim, but it all depends on the efforts or planning of which opponent that has the chance or capacity of getting out of this fight alive. After Doma's inevitable death and final fight against the slayers, Shinobu begins attending to Kanao's wounds as Kanae does the same with
Shinobu, suddenly Inosuke shouted out in victory for killing Doma, but Rengoku was not present in the room,
Kanae called out for him as he sneaked through the chambers and regrouped with Obanai and Mitsuri,
Kanae followed him as Gyomei escorted the two butterfly sisters as the eldest sister ventured through the dark halls of the castle, and as they entered the same chamber, were Oni-Gojira was supplying the Demon blood to battra's cocoon but the horrifying factor is that the Demon Kaiju was not present in the chamber
But Jr. was still in his crystallized prison, with no time to waste he begins looking through his own sack that carries a dragon shaped launcher, but the only problem is that one is not enough. However, as he was just about to at least try to act fast, he heard a bunch of demons roaring in fear and agnoy as one by one were being slaughtered by two Hashiras, Kanae and Giyu.

Kyojuro: Kanae, what are you doing here?

Obanai: The same thing goes to you, Tomyoka?

Giyu: Kanae wanted me to escort her to Rengoku, but where the hell is Tanjiro?

Mitsuri: He's out there fighting one of those things!

Obanai: What things?

That's when they heard the roars of Titans fighting as they watched from the balcony, their eyes widen in shock and horror to witness a continuation of the fight between Godzilla and Oni-Gojira, Shin-Godzilla on the other hand was engaged against Tanjiro as Zenitstu and Li-Shang's army backs him up by distracting shin and holding off the Huns, this would continue as Mulan quickly throws the extra launchers to Rengoku and Tomyoka.

Mulan: Go, fire those launchers, and finish the mission!

Kyojuro: We will!

Kanae: Let's do this!

They began setting up the launch patterns while placing each dragon shaped launcher in different corners of the chamber as they aimed at the prison. The good news is that they were supplied with explosive grenades by Tengen and his wives so they could make this quick and efficient, but the bad news is that they felt like there was someone or something was watching them and indeed it was Muzan himself as he appeared right in front of the Hashira as he summons one of his tendrils instantly as he smaks them all in order to stop them but Obanai and Mitsuri resisted these attacks as he bombarded them endlessly but they continued to fight the Demon King.

Obanai: Serpent-Breathing 1st form: Winding-Serpent-Slash!

Mitsuri: Love-Breathing 1st form: Shivers-of-First-Love!

With the combinations of the two breathing styles, they managed to repell Muzan's attack, but they weren't enough, but they still held their ground.

Muzan: Futile insects.

He jumps from balcony to balcony so he can land a devastating blow until he feels another strong demon of his had fallen. Back with Sanemi and the others, they were facing a grotesque looking version of the upper moon Demon Kokushibo. He prepared his next attack as the Slayers looked battered and beaten and bloodied, but they were winning.

Sanemi: I WILL KILL YOU DEMON, Wind-Breathing 6th Form: Black-Wind-Mountain-Mist!

Sanemi rotates himself in the form of that of an uppercut style to create a deadly slash while violently hacking Kokushibo to a bloody mess.

Sanemi: Wind-Breathing 7th Form: Gale-Sudden-Gusts!

Gyomei: Stone-Breathing: 4th form: Volcanic-Rock-Rapid-Conquest!

With stone and wind combined as one, Genya reloads his shotgun and fires at Kokushibo's face, and then Sanemi charges in and slashes the Demon's head off, the disfigured looking body now headless begins to stumble and fall as Shan-yu witnessed the aftermath and filled with nothing but terrifying furry as he swung and slashes at the tired and weary Hashira
But suddenly, Mulan distracts the hun leader to the roof tops as they all witnessed Shin's last stand, the love and serpent Hashira still kept persistently in the battle against the scourge of humanity himself.

Mitsuri: Love-Breathing 2nd form: Love-Pangs!

Obanai: Tomyoka, when you're done with Rengoku, help us out!

He nodded as the three set up the last of the launchers with ease as they lit all of them up as they shot at the crystal prison. Simultaneously, they fired their rockets as they were also equipped with a stack of small grenades rigged to explode as they cracked and fractured the prison, just as Muzan was going to kill Kyojuro by crushing his face Giyu sliced the tendril off quickly.

Giyu: Water breathing 11th form: Dead-Calm.

Rengoku and Kanae both fired the last of the crystals until suddenly the prisoner started to rise from his sleep
And roars, Godzilla-Jr was freed at last, Godzilla heard it too, a small grunt of relief was filled as he kept on fighting, as Jr emerged he scanned the area of his current surroundings as they witnessed Muzan crushing the head of the Demon doctor: Tamayo.

Yushido: LADY TAMAYO!

the tragedy didn't end there as three arrows were fired as they slashed through the bombarding arrows until three more showed up. Soon, Kyojuro saw his father in front of him with blood spilling from his mouth as he continued to use himself as a shield while he killed the last demons as he continued to fight despite the arrows that were in his back.

Kyojuro:( Father, no!)

Shinjuro:( Ruka, I will be joining you soon, and I hope this will be enough to be forgiven) FLAME-BREATHING 9TH FORM: ESOTERIC-ART: RENGOKU!

one by one, the hord of Demons were slaughtered by Kyojuro's Father until they saw that through the scuffle he he had two more arrows in his back, he fell to the ground lifeless with his own smile frozen on his face as Kyojuro felt tears of loss and sorrow filled his mind while looking at the corps of the previous Flame-Hashira that was his father who sacrificed himself to save his son from death, he gripped onto his sword while his Talisman started glowing as Tanjiro felt his pain too, he roars like a rabid animal as Rengoku joined him by slaughtering the huns while Godzilla crushes and tail swatts Oni-Gojira in the chest while murdering several hun soldiers, Jr rams at Shin-Godzilla as but he was too small compared to his monstrosity of a brother, he gets kicked of course until Tanjiro distracts him long enough to get on top of Jr's head sword in hand.

Tanjiro: THERE WILL BE NO MORE TRAGEDY, YOU BASTARDS!

Kyojuro: SET YOUR HEART A BLAZE!

Godzilla and Jr. roars in a defiant manner as the strong bond between Father and son remained firm and ready. Jr. dodges the incoming atomic beams from Shin's mouth and tail. Shin tried to shake both the king and prince off, but he felt like he was stuck in a vice grip hold and couldn't find a way out. He fired his atomic beams from his back in hopes of killing Tanjiro, but the young Demon slayer activates Hinokami-Kagura to land a devastating blow as he rises with his gritted teeth and with the expression of Anger and the powerful fury.

Tanjiro: Hinokami-Kagura: Sun-Halo-Dragon!

He gracefully swings side to side as the flames of the sun take the form of a Roaring Dragon while slicing through the fins and see the opening thread, and finally, the blade pierced through the weak point of the head as blood filled the eyes of Shin-Godzilla, the beast could do nothing but let out a demonic Chilling howl of pain and agony as the beast fell Foward and crashed landed on the ground like a gigantic avalanche, but it was done " shin is dead" Muzan became enraged as he witnessed of his greatest beasts was now a lifeless corps, but battra and Oni-Gojira were the only ones left as He goes to the top of Oni-Gojira's head as the other Slayers noticed that he already killed Obanai and Mitsuri, Muichiro was fatality wounded but alive and yet this could be their last fight.
