"It sure is a beautiful day!" Huckleberry Hound said to his friends on a fine Friday morning. "We should head down to the candy store!"

Hill Street Neighborhood had a little candy store right next to the malt shop where Huck and his friends usually went to to hang out. The walls were bright purple, and the floors had pink and white checkers. All around them were different shelves where different types of candy would be placed in rows. And right before them was a big wooden candy counter with all sorts of jars placed around it, and a big display case that held truffles and fudge inside! All around the shelves, the gang could see jars and boxes filled with just about anything they could ever ask for: licorice, hard candies, lollipops, taffy, wafers, jelly beans, chocolate bars, pulled creams, lemon drops, peppermint sticks, and bubble gum!

Huck got some lollipops, while Jinks decided to get some jelly beans. Yogi decided to get a chocolate bar and some circus peanuts (those large orange marshmallow candies that were shaped like big peanuts), and Boo-Boo decided on some chocolate-covered raisins. As for Pixie and Dixie, they decided to get some lemon drops and gumdrops. After paying for their candies, they decided to go to the park to eat. But while they were doing so, they saw something strange coming towards them.

"Hey!" Jinks exclaimed. "Like, what is that?"

"It looks small," Pixie answered.

"Very, very small!" Huck added.

The figure came closer and closer, until it came up to Huck. It turned out to be a little baby turtle!

"Well, what do you know!" the hound cried. "It's a baby sea turtle! And he looks adorable!" He then picked up the little baby turtle, which happened to be a hawksbill turtle with beautiful speckled markings on its skin and shell. "Howdy there little feller! Where in the world did you come from?"

'If I had to guess," Boo-Boo said, "I think he wandered over here from the beach. The turtles were coming up on shore to lay their eggs last month, so he must have come from one of their nests."

"But if he's lookin' for the ocean, well I'm afraid he went in the wrong direction!" Yogi added.

"Then we better take him back!" Huck replied. "Now come on little guy, we're gonna take you back to the beach, where you belong!"

So they all started heading towards the beach, but soon, the turtle leapt out of Huck's paw, and started wandering in the other direction.

"Hold on!" Huck called. "No! That's not the way to the beach!"

"Come back!" Pixie cried.

"You're going the wrong way!" Dixie screeched.

They ran around town, hoping to catch the turtle, when they soon came across a giant building with different sea animals on the front.

"I didn't know Hill Street Neighborhood had an aquarium!" Huck exclaimed.

"Neither did I!" Yogi cried.

Jinks began to twitch nervously. "Uh, yeah. Like, cats aren't the biggest fans of water though, and these places are filled with it!"

"Don't worry, Jinks," Huck replied. "We're not going in the water."

"Oh, good," Jinks sighed. "Well, let's go in and catch that turtle!"

They all entered the aquarium and started looking for the turtle. Everywhere they looked, they could see a variety of tanks lined along the walls and a few set up in the middle of the rooms on raised platforms (these housed much smaller creatures). The walls and the ceiling were colored with blue tile and the air smelled of salt water.
