~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Rose Mimiteh Kuro
It had been months since I had gotten the massive burn on my back, and every time I left my room with a shirt that didn't cover it, I was stared at. I always had to have something covering my forehead to hide the stigmata. I was always asked about it, but all I ever said was that I kept cutting my head on something, and no one asked any questions after that.
"Hey Mimiteh." Lenalee called.
"Hi Lenalee." I smiled. Since the day I came back, Lenalee has only seen me without the bandages on my head twice. I didn't know if she could figure out that the marks on my head were stigmata, the mark of the noah, or not, and I was slightly tense.
"How are you doing today?" She asked me.
"I have a few headaches every now and then, but I can't feel the burn so that's good." I told her.
"That's great. I really am sorry for what happened to you though." She sighed.
"There's no need, it was my fault really." I replied.
"I still feel bad that it happened to you?" She said.
"Lenalee, I'm almost completely healed, and I will be able to fight again without a problem in less than a week." I explained.
"I hope so." She said.
"You don't have to worry about me." I smiled.
"I know, but you are my friend." She said. I saw Allen and watched as he ran up to us and smiled.
"How are you doing Mimiteh?" He asked me.
"I'm doing fine." I smiled.
"Lenalee, you and I have a mission in The Netherlands." He said.
"When do we have to leave?" Lenalee asked.
"We leave now." Allen said.
"Alright. Bye Mimiteh." Lenalee smiled, walking away. I waved, sighed, and watched Allen and Lenalee walk away. I remembered that my shirt only had strap sleeves when I heard whispers and felt uncomfortable. Everyone kept talking about the burn on my shoulder, it was a pentacle, the mark of the akuma. I took a breath and started to walk the hallways. I hadn't seen Kanda in a while and worried that he was going to treat me like a monster.
"Mimiteh." Someone said. It was Kanda, and he was standing outside my room.
"Kanda..." I said. I didn't expect it when he wrapped his arms around me and I went slightly stiff.
"When did you start showing affection?" A boy laughed.
"Hello Lavi." Kanda said, looking at him and standing beside me.
"Have you changed that much in just a few months?" Lavi asked. My head started to ache slightly and I took a deep breath.
"I had to babysit her and things changed." Kanda replied.
"Babysit? The order thought I needed a babysitter?" I asked.
"Central and the generals did. I thought you didn't need anything." Kanda replied. My mom walked up to us and looked at Bookman and Lavi.
"Rose. You, Kanda, and myself have a mission in Warsaw. We leave in an hour" My mom said. I nodded and walked into my room. I looked through my clothing and changed into a black, long sleeve shirt, black pants, and pulled my boots on. I looked in the mirror and touched the bandages.
"You are not a monster." Ko'lae told me.
"I'm a noah." I replied.
"You may be a noah, but you are an exorcist as well and I will stay beside you till you die." She told me.
