No one's POV

"You can not win uncle give up already," Amara says as I leave Uncle Jaime behind

They have been traveling on the King's Road for over 3 moons, Amara thinks they could have reached faster if Robert did not insist on stopping at every pleasure house or every Lord's castle. So here they were Jaime Lannister was trying to cheer his niece up by having a horse race.

"You cheated," Jaime yells

"Why is it that every time I win someone always calls it cheating?" Amara asks

"Because my dear girl you are a born cheater," Uncle Jaime says giving me a cheeky smile

"That is a mean thing to say to your innocent little niece my dear Uncle," Amara says feigning hurt

While they were talking they heard someone clear their throat. They both turn and see Robert Baratheon looking at both of them with an unamused look and asking them to move out of his way. Turns out that during their race they passed the entirety of the King's party.

Amara gives her uncle Jaime a look, turns her horse, and starts walking back to the end, not interested in an argument right now.

Amara waves at the queen and her children as she rides to the end of the line, where she was before the horse race.

"How old is she now?" Robert asks Ser Jaime

"She will be 10 and 9 name days old in a few weeks," Jaime says feeling proud about the gift he has brought for her

"She has come of age if she had stayed in Westeros I would have arranged for her marriage by now, is Lord Tywin looking for a match for her,"

"Is there a match for her in all of Westeros?"Jaime says smiling to himself

"I know you are protective of her but she is of age she is married off while she still has something to give and before all of the Kingdom starts talking behind her back. It will hurt you far more than watching her leave you after marriage," Robert says

"I understand but I do not have control over who she marries, I suppose that decision lies with my father," Jaime explains

"He should find someone for her soon," Robert says and continues riding

Amara's POV

I pass a few people and get back and get back to the end of the line to find my friends and sister riding casually not caring about the time it is taking to reach Winterfell. I on the other hand am anxious to get there sooner than late.

"So who won?" Alyssa asks when I join them

"Who else?" I say smugly

"Or mayhaps uncle Jaime let you win or you created," Allysandra says

"Seriously where did all these rumors of me being a cheater started?" I say annoyed by the accusation

Alyssa and Allysandra just laugh

"I think you won fair, Amara," Alira says smiling at me

"Thank you Alira you are the only one who believes in me," I say to the sweet girl

I then go completely quiet again remind about how slow we are going.

"Do not do or think anything," Alyssa says with a warning tone
