•••••••••••••*******•••••••••••••*******••••••••••••Amara's POV
We have been in Winterfell for a few hours now, the only reason I could think of why the King along with his party is not here is that I am sure Robert would have insisted on staying at Castle Cerwyn for the night.
We went through all the stalls and even drank some ale at the Smoking Log then we entered the Gates of the castle. Nothing has changed nothing at all. The same crisp air and smell of grass come winter it will be covered with the whitest of white snow.
"I have never seen you this happy, not even when we were traveling the free cities," Alyssa said
"I do not know what you are talking about," I say and start walking ahead
"Amara you have not stopped smiling since we entered here," Alyssa says
I touch my face trying to stop smiling but I can not lie I am happy to come back here and by the looks of it so are Allysandra and Alira. This is home we grew up here I learned how to fight here, Allysandra learned how to be a lady here and Alira found people who loved her and accepted her when the ones who she was born to abandoned her. Lord and Lady Stark were like our mother and father.
We were in the great hall looking for any familiar faces when we heard two.
"We'll need plenty of candles for Lord Tyrion's chamber. I'm told he reads all night." Lady Catelyn said
"There she is, ever so beautiful," Allysandra says smiling widely
"I'm told he drinks all night." Maeater Luwin said
"How much could he possibly drink? A man of his....stature?" Catelyn replied
We all laughed quietly not to get caught by anyone. I mean not that anyone would recognize me our brown hair dye has not washed off yet.
"We've brought up eight barrels of ale from the cellar. Perhaps we'll find out." Maester Luwin replies
"In any case, candles." Lady Catelyn replies
Lady Catelyn and Maester Luwin walked by us and we pretend to work on the big chandelier.
We then walk out behind them. But I go the other way trying to find the boys.
A little away I hear a few voices coming from a small hut.
"Why is your mother so dead set on us getting pretty for the King?" A voice says
"It's for the queen, I bet. I hear she's a sleek bit of mink." I make a face hearing this man talk about my aunt in such a way
I hope and pray to the Gods that is not Jon.
