Mukami Ruki X Reader X Sakamaki Subaru ((Diabolik Lovers))

Just like many days in the past, you were once again visiting a certain vampire that lives in the Mukami household and just like every time you've visited, you once again must leave to go back to your home with the Sakamaki's.

Never once were you forced to visit and never once were you forced to leave. It's always been your decision on whether you visit the eldest of the Mukami's or stay in the large estate owned by the Sakamaki's only to have the youngest of the six keep you company. Ever since you first wandered into this underworld of the vampires, it's always been your choice, your decision on where you went and what you did.

Of course most of the brothers from either of the two families has always tried to put rules over your head, but they quickly noticed that you would obey them and also do as you pleased. You always seemed to have this perfect way of getting your way without angering any of the ten brothers who watched over you. Besides, most of them were to caught up with this other human girl named Komori Yui to truly notice your actions and so that alone gave you almost all the freedom you wanted.

But that's also what's gotten you into this little problem.

For the first time in all your visits to the Mukami's mansion, you're being pleaded with not to go back to the Sakamaki's. That's right. The eldest of the brothers who is also the brains of his family of four has finally reached a point of desperation to where he's asking you not to leave him and go back to where you currently call your home.

This is out of character for him. Anyone who's even just barely met this black haired vampire would know so and thus why you just stop walking towards the door to his room and only stare at the still closed rectangle of wood as he stared at your back from behind. He had caught you so off guard and even he was taken back by his sudden outburst to the point it rendered both of you speechless for a few moments.

"You know Subaru is going to be here any minute to walk me back home so why all of the sudden do you ask me to stay?" Your whispered words just barely reached the Mukami as he sat on the foot of his bed and stared at you with cold eyes that hid his true emotions.

At first, the vampire behind you said nothing as a shaky breath escaped your lips and you reached to grab the door knob in front of you. But once you began to turn the knob and exit his room, you heard the black haired teen rise up from the bed and approach your retreating form as you walked away from him.

This has happened once before when you first met him and his brothers. He had tried to claim you as his "Livestock", but that didn't really settle with you and so you and him both agreed to only staying friends. Of course this didn't really work out well since he was constantly sucking your blood and what not... But you were alright with that so long as you could stay near him.

If it wasn't for your heart already belonging to another vampire, you would had willingly became his and his alone at that single moment in time. But as fate would have it, life couldn't be that simple for you.

Living with the Sakamaki's plus the one other human had somehow had you first falling in love with the youngest son. And then within the same week of you finally realizing your feelings for this white haired teen, the Mukami's had suddenly joined into the whole mix throwing your heart and mind alike into a total frenzy.

Who did you love more, the hot tempered vampire Subaru, or the intelligent vampire Ruki?

As of this current time, you didn't have an answer for that question. Both of these vampires had somehow woven themselves thickly into your memories making it almost unbearable for you to even try and choose just one of them to fully submit yourself to and love with the entirety of your being.

But neither brother would back down and you knew this since you weren't nearly as ignorant as the one other female living with you in the Sakamaki's mansion.

"I'm saying this because you belong to no one but me ___ and I'm not going to let that pitiful excuse of a vampire steal what's mine." The black haired vampire who followed you from behind finally spoke up as you entered the main foyer to his families mansion and headed straight for the front doors.

"Ruki," You sighed his name as the doors in front of you opened on their own, revealing a certain white haired vampire waiting calmly for you on the other side. "If you can say just three words, the three words I've been dying to hear, then I'll stay.

The eldest of the Mukami's only silently stared as he seemed to be trying to decipher what you had just meant as you glanced over your shoulder towards him and then swiftly walked out of the mansion. He couldn't say what you wanted him to and so he once again watched you leave with the one Sakamaki he hated most of all.

"Tsk, is that dumbass still trying to keep you as his own?" The white haired vampire walking next to you asked grumpily as you both walked further and further away from where you had just left the black haired vampire standing in a dazed state.

"You shouldn't be talking Subaru, you're trying to keep me as your own as well." You answered with a small laugh as the white haired vampire next to you blushed.

This is how it all started. Mukami Ruki asking you for the first time ever to stay with him and you simply walking away from his plea. Later on, this simple action of yours would start an all out battle between him and Sakamaki Subaru with the victor claiming you as their own personal lover, or rather their very own Eve.

But with them fighting with only the intention to kill the other, what will become of you and your slowly cracking heart as you watch them both slowly begin to whither away?
