Keiichi Shimizu X Reader ((La Corda d'Oro Primo Passo))

It was the dead of night with nothing but the moon to light it. Everyone around you was peacefully asleep while you wandered aimlessly through out the town.

You didn't really have a destination other than to leave your house. It wasn't because anything was wrong, but only because you couldn't sleep. You lived in a small house all alone and some nights, you just needed to go out for a walk around the park that was near you house.

But tonight was a little bit different.

As you approached the normally empty bench that you sat on during nights like this, you noticed that there was already someone sitting there. The moon gave off enough light for you to clearly see the shining golden hair on the boy that sat there.

Something about his golden wavy hair sparked something inside of you and you couldn't help but to approach him.

"Um, excuse me?" You spoke as you walked around to the front of the bench.

The boy looked up at you with shimming turquoise eyes that seemed to entrance you right on the spot. They were almost like an ocean that you had inevitably caught yourself drowning in.

"Hm?" The blonde tilted his head at you in a questioning manner.

Something about him seemed so familiar, but what was it?

"Would you mind if I sat with you? I couldn't fall asleep tonight and we might as well keep each other company while we're here, if you don't mind of course..." Your voice got softer as you noticed how much rambling you were doing.

"It's fine." He said sleepily as he lazily patted the spot next to him.

You gave him a small smile as he watched you sit down next to him. He seemed to be analyzing you or something with the way he kept staring at you. Finally you glanced back at him and it felt as if your heart had skipped a beat.

What was going on here?

"I'm Keiichi Shimizu..." The blonde said a little bit more awake than before. "What's your name?"

"I'm ___ ___." You whispered out.

That name rang inside of your head again and again. Keiichi Shimizu. You couldn't figure out why that name made you so happy and made you want to cry all at once.

"___-chan... You don't remember me do you?" Shimizu said in such a sad tone that you practically felt his pain.

"You seem so familiar Shimi-kun," you paused as you looked him directly in the eyes. "But something won't let me remember why..."

"Shimi-kun...." He whispered as he turned more towards you and made sure to keep your eyes locked with his sleepy ones. You didn't understand why he was so caught up on what you just called him since that's what you did before.

Wait, before?

Shimizu glanced up towards the moon that was just barely visible from above all the trees that surrounded you two.

"The last time I ever heard you call me that was on a night much like this one. We sat in a park under the starry sky, hand in hand when we were nothing more than just children."

A small image of a young blonde boy holding your small hand up to his cheek suddenly crossed your mind. Was that you and Shimizu as children?

"Shimi-kun. You held my hand up to your cheek and swore that we would meet again, right?"

"Yeah. You're having a difficulty remembering because after I left, you had come down with a fever so bad that everything about me had completely vanished from your memory."

Suddenly new memories of you and him together began to flood into your mind. Sitting under the stars, watching the fireworks go off, running through the fields of daisies.

Holding hands and saying "I love you" over and over again.

You then felt one of his hands cover your knee as he leaned in and moved his other hand towards your cheek. "Please don't cry ___-chan. The last memory I have of you is when you were crying and chasing after my car as I drove off." Shimizu gave you a small smile as he brushed your tears away and brought you into his embrace.

"I'm so sorry for leaving you but I'm here now so please, don't cry."

You could feel his heart beat increase as well as your own while he held you close to his chest. Then you remembered another thing he had said so long ago.

"Shimi-kun, you said that you would forever love me..." The words you wanted to ask got caught in your throat as he pulled away from you.

The blonde then brought one of his hands up to cup the side of your cheek. "I've loved you since the day we met as children ___ and I made a promise to you that I would find you right?"

You shook your head yes as his eyes softened up even more.

"Well I've found you ___.~" Shimizu whispered as he slowly brought his face towards your own as your eyes fluttered shut. "And this time I want you to stay mine."

His soft lips brushed your own as he spoke and then gently moved closer to capture your lips. The kiss was short, but you could feel all the emotion and feelings that he held for you in that single kiss.

Opening your eyes again, you looked directly into his shimmering ocean blue ones. You could remember all the times you had simply just stared into his eyes when you both were younger and even now, you couldn't help but to get entranced.

"I love you ___. I always have and always will so will you be mine?"

"Of course I will... I love you Shimizu."

This one was interesting to write, but I need to start writing for the other anime's... How about someone from Vampire Knight?
