[ALL WILL BE SHAWN POV]

I flop on my bed looking at the ceiling. What a day. I remembered about someone i love and i sigh, closing my eyes. Why must you choose him over me.. am i not good enough?

--FLASHBACK--

"Ouch!" A girl's voice shouted as both of us fell down. We rub over heads and look at each other. I smile, stand up and help her out. "Sorry! Hi.. i am Shawn and i am 5 years old." I said smiling and she shake my hand. "Its okay! I am (F/N) and i am 4 years old." Her smile is so adorable. "Want to play with me and my friend, (B/N)?" She nod and i pull her to the sandbox where (B/N) is. We build sand castles and it was beautiful, despite it keeps on falling apart. Three of us ended up in the same kindergarten. We became like childhood friends and we are really close since then.

"Hey Shawn? Are you alright?" (B/N) ask and i look at him. "Keep this between us alright?.. to be honest, i think i am falling in love with (F/N).." i said and (B/N) smirk. "Wow .. go confess your love to her then!" "What if she doesnt feel the same thing?" "You got to try man.."

After about 2 years later of hanging out together, (B/N) came to me and said something i could believe.

"I think i am falling in love with her.. im sorry Shawn.." he said and look at me, feeling guilty.

I should have listen to him and should have confess sooner.. but i was too late..

"Hey Shawn. I heard that (F/N) like one of us.." he said and look at him smiling. "May the man be you" i said, not giving any hint that i am hurt and he just nod and pat my back. "Same to you"

*SEVERAL DAYS LATER*

(F/N) found out that (B/N) and I fell in love with her and she wanted to go out and have a picnic with us. During the picnic, we didnt even talk about us loving her. Seems like things are going to change after the picnic.

We pack all the picnic stuff into our basket and walk away from the area. (F/N) walk infornt of (B/N) and myself and suddenly stop walking and face us. "(F/N)? Why did you stop walking?" I ask feeling a little worry. "Erm.. i have a confession to make .." she said sighinh and look down at her shoes. "What is it?" I said and look at (B/N). for a very long time.. " my eyes widen but just calm down even though my heart is crushing inside. I look at (B/N) and he looks shock. "I know.. that both of you like me but i am only one person and i can only have one. My heart have gone to (B/N).. i love him. Im sorry Shawn. I love you as my closest, bestest childhood friend.. i hope this does not break our friendship.." she said with tears collecting in her eyes and look down. "N-no .. its okay.. we are still friends. I understand. Just follow your heart desires.." i said smiling. It hurts when i smile and bearing the pain i have inside. I told (B/N) and (F/N) to go home first since i have to do something and that is to clear my mind but mostly, clearing my heart..

I tried to move on since that day but it just cant. My heart still falls for her. I just knew that they are living next door. It hurts to move on when my childhood friend is living next door. I wanted to move but (F/N) told me to stay so we could hang out together. It hurts to see her with him but i am happy that she is happy. I just have to accept the fate. I sigh, sit up from my bed and grab my guitar. I start sturmming it and sing.
