     The sunlight was being blocked by the curtains but for some reason, you felt hot. You groaned in your sleep as you slowly opened your eyes. Your head was aching, and your hands felt sweaty. You were about to reach over to Steven but his side of the bed was empty. You sat up and felt the world spin for a moment. Fuck. Were you sick? You touched your forehead but you felt the same temperature. You were about to slip on your pink bunny slippers when all of a sudden you heard "Luv! You need to lay down, and rest. I just came back from the kitchen and made you some tea". Steven said sweetly, you turned to look at him. Slightly dazed and confused. "Steven? What's going on?" You asked with a hoarse voice and a congested nose. Steven rushed over to your side and placed your tea down. "Sweetie, you have the flu. It's normal, everyone is getting it. Come on, let's get you back to bed". He is whispered as you slowly slipped back into bed, "But I have to call-" Steven shook his head as he tucked you in "Already called your job, Y/n. I told them that you were sick. Don't worry about anything, we have everything under control. Okay?" You softly nodded your head as Steven placed the back of his palm on your forehead. "Blimey, you are heating up my love. I am going to the pharmacy to pick up some medicine and extra snacks. I'll bring you chocolate chip cookies and Jake can make you soup. Yeah? Marc will probably want to watch a film with you". You nodded your head agreeing. Steven leaned in to kiss your forehead "Don't worry, we'll get you back to feeling better". A small smile grew on your face. Before Steven could turn away to leave for the pharmacy, you reached out to grab his band. Steven sat back down and waited to see if you need anything. You then whispered, "I love you, Steven, so much. Thank you". Steven smiled as he said, "We love you too Y/N. We'll be back in a swift". Steven kissed your hand and left. The warmth of the tea soothed your throat as you slowly began to feel sleepy. You knew your boys would be back home soon.
