Nightmare Pt.2

~Next day~

"Congratulations to the newlyweds!" Rowan clinked his glass, and we all did as well.

I was going to gulp it down when Tobias grabbed it and drank it himself.

"There will be no alcohol for you." His tone was slightly husky.

I huffed and crossed my arms.

"I want to thank everyone who came to the party. I just wanted to throw a small party for the people that assisted us with our wedding. So eat to your heart's delight and enjoy yourself!" Harry, Anna's husband, stated with a bright smile. We all applauded.

They only invited ten people in total, including Rowan, who was flirting with me and a few other gorgeous girls who were present. It was entertaining to watch Tobias's jaw tense and his eyes narrow whenever Rowan flirted with me.

We all decided to play a game of guessing who was who. The newlyweds started the game, and we had a great time with it until the spotlight was cast on us.

"Since Tobias and Aurora are newlyweds, they should also participate!" Celia, a lovely blonde with brown highlights, chirped.

"Uh...sure," I said, smiling. They all began whispering amongst themselves, deciding what questions to ask us.

"All right, first question! Who would be worried about how they look as they age?" Anna asked.

"TOBIAS!" Everyone laughed as Tobias and I yelled.

"Who takes up all the blanket?"

"AURORA!" We both yelled, knowing full well that I'm the reason his body is so frigid in the morning.

"Who eats the other person's leftover pizza?"

Tobias and I exchanged a cheerful look.

"No one, because we both devour the entire thing, from the pizza to the dough, and everything is delicious!" They all grinned as Tobias responded.

"Who would enter them both in a talent show?"

Tobias's brow furrows as he bursts out laughing and points at me.

"It's definitely her."

I pouted and smacked him. I know that when I'm drunk, everything is possible, but he doesn't need to expose me.

"Who is the night person and who is the morning person?"

"I'm a morning person, while Aurora is a night person." He replied as he drew my chair closer to him, his gaze fixed on them. My cheeks flushed in response to his actions.

"All right, last question: who proposed?" Anna asked with a sly grin.

It was now my time to grin confidently.

"I proposed."

For some reason, everyone's eyes widened slightly before they whistled, making Tobias blush slightly.

"How did you propose to him?"

I only remember snippets of that night, but I do remember how I proposed.

"It was snowing behind us, and the night was cold, yet when I glanced at him, my entire body felt warm. We were both stargazing, or rather, he was stargazing and I was stargazing at him.." I took a breather and smiled at a flushed Tobias.

"And I'm not sure what happened, but I wanted to make him mine because he didn't believe he was mine. So I took a leaf and a flower and made a ring out of them both.

I remember how surprised he was when I grabbed his neck and kissed him while slowly slipping the flower ring onto his finger and said, 'Marry me?'" With a hesitant smile, I said. They were all taken aback.
