~Next day~
~Aurora's pov~
"None of these handwritings match. How can it be possible?" Tobias threw the papers on the floor in frustration. I slowly picked them up and examined them.

He was right.. How the hell did the writing match with no staff or passengers?

"Bastard! I'm pretty sure he knows how to hide his true handwriting." He rubbed the bridge of his nose in anger.

"Then let's try something else. Should we go to the crime scene?" I asked.

His face contorted into uncertainty.

"I don't know if-"

"We'll be fine in fact no one murders someone in the morning-"I was interrupted by a loud scream. A pained torn apart scream. Curse my damn mouth!

Me and Tobias ran out to only see body parts laying around the ship.

Tobias immediately covered my eyes like I was a child making me scowl.

There was another note...I pulled the yellow note stapled to the body.

Who said I can't murder someone in the morning?

Let's just say I can kill anyone in front of your eyes without you knowing.

So all I'm saying is...don't look for me. Otherwise I might have to kill more people.

My eyes widened as I read it out loud. The people looked terrified with objects clutched in their hands ready to attack.

"Tobias.. He was listening to us.."

I turned back to see Tobias stunned. We really need to get a CCTV camera or something on this ship.

The staff herded all the crying and anxious passengers back.

I stared back at the dismembered body in front of me. A warm hand pulled me against a stony chest. It was Rowan..

He had an eager expression on his face. What the hell is the matter with him?

"I think I discovered something!" He made a chirping sound. I shushed him.

"Shhh, someone could be listening in." I panicked. He quickly whispered.

"I discovered the serial killer's pen..."

"How in the world do you know-"

"The serial killer writes using a black rorito gel pen. That will most likely cost between $5 and $10."

I stared at him with concern. How much time did this man have on his hands?

"How does this benefit our situation?" I asked. He sighed.

"How come you don't understand?! If we can find that pen, we'll be able to find the guy!"

"But what if someone else has the same pen too?"

"Believe me, no one has it because of the discomfort it causes the fingertips, everyone dislikes using this ink pen. Its production was discontinued in the 2000s due to complaints. I'm not sure how that guy got one."

"Now, hold for a second, how do you know it's that pen?" I asked.

"Out of frustration, it's pressed down firmly against the paper, and the ink is a unique combination of some toxic materials. So of course!" He went on and on.

I stood there stunned. How on earth did he know so much?

"How come you know so much?"

"Did I mention I own a pen manufacturing company?" He smiled shyly.

Okay, that makes sense...

"It actually makes sense. Okay, let me know if you see that pen!" I said.

He nodded, probably pleased that he had contributed to something.

I returned my gaze to Tobias, who was poking and probing at the body. I approached him from behind.

"What are you up to?" I asked. He smiled as he glanced at me.

"I might have discovered something."

Wow ! They're more productive than I am right now.

"What?"

He pointed to the dismembered body's arm.

"He injects them, then murders them, and judging by how quickly he killed the man to prove us wrong, I have a feeling the injection he gives them is to knock them out and dump them somewhere. He hides the bodies somewhere, and we need to find them." He elaborated. My mouth dropped open.

So there's a chance that there are dead bodies concealed someplace on this ship?!!

"Well, what do we do now?"

"Find the place where he hides the bodies without letting him know, since who knows if he's right here with us." He stood up after dusting his hands. My head was racing from all of the information.

So I guess I'll have to keep an eye out for a black rorito pen and dead bodies?
