Chapter 10: What The Wild Is Like

I looked at my father, as I had a very big smile on my face. As it was that I knew that I was not thinking about my father really. As to the fact that I was more thinking about my mother.
Though I knew that having my father by my side. That it did in fact seem to help those thoughts. As it was that I held that smile on my face for quite a bit of some more time.
As it was that I had in fact done as such a thing like that. I suddenly did in fact just seem to hear the voice of my own father. As it was that I then did in fact just listen as to what he had to say to me just now.
"This is perfect Kevin... This is just what I needed..." He did in fact just seem to say to me. As I saw that my father had a very big smile on his face. Just as soon as it was that he had in fact said as to what he had said.
It made me feel a whole lot better about things. To see that he was in fact just as happy to be here as I was. As I did in fact just seem to look up at the sky with a smile on my face.
As it was that I had in fact done as such a thing like that. That was when it was that I eventually seemed to wake my self up. As I then began to speak back to my father my self, all at the exact same time too.
As it was that I had in fact began to have done as such a thing like that. I did in fact just seem to see my father get his eyes on me. As he then did in fact listen as to just what it was that I had to say to him, all at the exact same time too.
"This is what I needed to... One last found memory for old times sake..." I did in fact just seem to say. As it was that I did in fact just seem to breathe in quite a bit of a heavy sigh, all at the exact same time as well.
As things seemed to feel a whole lot better as soon as it was that it had seemed to be the case. As it was that I then in the end, did in fact just seem to close my eyes. As I let the sun soak in to my fur, making things even better than before.
As it was that I seemed to recall some good memories of Dust. And also me and my father on a trip out in to the wild one time. As it was that the silence did in fact just seem to hold on for a bit longer.

"This is amazing! I wish that I could stay out here!" I did in fact just seem to say, all at once. As it was that I did in fact look on over to Pride. Just as soon as it was that I had in fact said what I had said to my mother.
As it was that I saw that my mother's eyes were wide as it was that I had said what I had said. As it was that it was clear that she did not agree with me. As much as it was that I wished that she would.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to have been that way. That was when it was that I began to start to hear the voice of my mother. As it was that I did in fact seem to continue to stare at her, just as before.
As it was that I had in fact done as such a thing like that. That was when it was that I began to start to also blink my eyes a few times. As I then just listened as to what it was that she did in fact have to say back to me, all at the exact same time too.
"Well... Sadly us cats can not... We are meant to live in a two legs home... That is how it always has been, and that is how it always will be..." She did in fact just seem to say to me, all at the exact same time as well.
As it was that I did in fact just seem to dip my head a little bit low to the ground. As it was that I then did in fact just seem to stare. As it was that I felt a bit sad about the way that things were, all at once.
As it was that I had in fact continued to stare right below me. That was when I then began to hear the voice of my best friend. As it was that I then turned my head right on over to Dust, just as soon as it was the case.
As it was that I did in fact continue to stare right in to his eyes. As it was that I felt a bit calm whilst I did so. As I then listened as to just what it was that he had to say, all at the exact same time as well.
"What? My dad told me that there were cats that lived out here... That can't be true Pride!" He did in fact just seem to say to my mother. Almost as if it was that he was acting like he knew more than my mother.
I kind of felt stupid for going with the side of Dust, all at once. But I felt like I did in fact at least want to have a little bit of some hope. As it was that I then did in fact just seem to start to stand there and stare.
As it was that I did in fact begin to start to hear my mother laugh. As it was that I did my best to try to keep my self as calm as I could. As I just seemed to look right back on over to her, all at the exact same time as well.
As it was that I had in fact done as such a thing like that. She then began to start to speak back to Dust. As I then did in fact listen as to just what it was that she had to say, all at the exact same time as well.
"Then why does your father live in side a two leg place too? Those cats that live out here... They are not normal cats... They are way larger than even 100 cats combined... That is not a place for us cats to live..." She did in fact just seem to say, all at once.
As it was that I then just seemed to dip my head a bit low to the ground. As I was in fact quite a bit disappointed by what she had said. As it was that I had always had some sort of hope of being able to live out here.
As it was that I had in fact just seemed to have stood there and stared. That was when it was that I then began to start to speak up my self. As I saw the both of them begin to look right on over to him.
As I had done as such a thing like that of course. They both then turned their heads on over to me. As they both did listen as to just what it was that I had to say to them, all at the exact same time as well.
"I... I feel like I at least want to try at some point... I don't feel like it is right for us to live in the two leg homes... I want to explore the wild..." I did in fact just seem to say. As I had a bit of a hopeful look on my face as soon as I had said what I had said.
Though I did in fact kind of feel like it was going to get shot down. As it was that my mother continued to simply stare right back at me. As it was that she then began to speak to me shortly after that.
I kept my eyes on her, just as I had in fact done before. As I just did my best to try to keep my self calm. As I then did in fact listen as to just what it was that she had to say, all at the exact same time as well.
"Well... Perhaps when you get old enough Kevin... You are free to make your own choices... But for now... You are too young..." She did in fact just seem to say to me. As she had a very serious look on her face as she had said what she had said.
I kind of was not all too sure as to just how I should react to that. As it was clear that she had in fact not shot me down at the very least. But she had also let me know that I was not allowed to leave just yet.
Which I kind of felt like she had a bit of a fair point on what she had said. As I did in fact just seem to stare there at the ground for some time. As my mother then began to start to go on ahead and hop on top of the fence, all of the sudden.
As it was clear to me that she was in fact just about ready to leave. As it was that I did in fact just seem to look right on over to her. As it was that I then also began to start to speak to my self a little bit under my own breathe.
"Maybe some day... Some day soon..." I did in fact just seem to say. As I kind of cringed as to just what it was that I had in fact said. As it was that I then did in fact just seem to start to go on ahead and follow my mother.
Just as it was that I had in fact been about to do as such a thing like that. That was when it was that I began to hear the voice of my friend Dust. As it was that he seemed to speak to me alone, as it was that I then began to just realize.
As it was that I did in fact realize that it was the case. I then began to start to look right in to his eyes. As I just then listened as to just what it was that he did in fact have to say to me, all at the exact same time as well.
"Don't let your parents decide what you are going to do... My dad told me that it's best for a cat to make choices for them selves..." He did in fact just seem to say to me, all at once.
As he had a very serious look on his face just as he had said what he had said to me. As it was that I kind of still felt even worse as to just what he had said. As it felt like it was just not right for me.
As it was that I then did in fact just seem to then look away from him. As it was that I did in fact just seem to look back on over to my mother. As it was that Pride then did in fact just seem to start to speak to us both.
As it was that she had in fact done as such a thing. I kind of just seemed to keep my eyes right on her. As I did just listen as to what it was that she had to say to me in the very first place as well, at that.
"Come on you 2... We must get back before dark... Peasly will be waiting on you Dust..." She did in fact just seem to say to us. As she had a very serious look on her face, just as she had said what she had said to me.
As it was that I had in fact continued to have stood there and stared. That was when it was that I eventually did in fact just seem to wake my self up. As it was that I then began to start to follow, just as she had said.
Though I kind of hesitated for what ever reason, as I did so. As I thought back on just what it was that Dust had said to me. And as to the fact that I had to make and decide what it was that I wanted to do.
