The gang was in a forest and Yuki was in the middle of a Pokémon battle.

"Go Rhyhorn," the hiker sent out his Pokémon.

Before Yuki can call out a Pokémon, a Pokéball shook and released Jarylo.

"Bulbasaur," Jarlylo appeared.

"You want to battle?" Yuki asked.

"Saur," Jarylo nodded.

"Okay, then do your best."

"I wonder what's with Jarylo today," Willow said.

"He's been acting strange ever since we got here," Brock stated.

"I hope he's okay," Tomo says.

"Rhyhorn use Take Down!" the hiker ordered.

"You do the same Jarylo," Yuki said.

Rhyhorn and Jarylo became surrounded by a golden force field and clashed with each other, causing an explosion and both Pokémon to skid back.

"Horn Attack." Rhyhorn's horn glowed white and charged at Jarylo.

"Razor Leaf." Jarylo fired multiple razor-sharp leaves from his bulb, stopping Rhyhorn in its tracks.

"Now Leech Seed." Jarylo fired several seeds from his bulb into the ground around Rhyhorn. Then the seeds immediately grew into vines, latched onto Rhyhorn, and drained its energy.

"No!" the hiker said, worriedly.

"Energy Ball," Yuki said.

Jarylo fires a green ball of energy from his mouth which hits Rhyhorn and causes it to faint.

The hiker returned Rhyhorn and complimented Yuki and her Pokémon before leaving.

"You were great, Jarylo," Yuki praised.

But Jarylo collapsed and his bulb was glowing blue.

"Oh no, Jarylo!" Yuki gasped.

"Is he okay?" Willow asked.

"I don't know," Yuki said as she picked up Jarylo.

"Let's get him to the Pokémon Center," Brock suggested.

They wasted no time and quickly got to the Pokémon Center.

"Nurse Joy, please help my Bulbasaur," Yuki said.

"Hm... I wonder," Joy pondered as she looked at Jarylo.

"Wonder what?" Yuki asked.

"I just need a moment to examine your Bulbasaur," Joy said before she took Jarylo to the back, leaving the gang in the waiting room.

"Jarylo's strong. He can get through this," Yuki said, trying to cheer herself up.

Raiden & Corin nuzzled her cheeks.

"He will be fine," Tomo said, hugging Yuki.

"Iggly," Igglybuff called out as she notices something.

"What's the matter, sweetie?" Willow asked as she looks where Igglybuff was pointing & saw the flowers on the desk were blooming.

Then Nurse Joy came out of the waiting room.

"Is my Jarylo okay?" Yuki immediately asked.

"He is, he's just getting ready to evolve," Joy smiles.
