Chapter 16: The Fourth Phase part 1

My pov:

We were sitting in silence on the boat for a bit until Killua spoke up.

" So, what numbers did you draw? " He asked.

" How about you? " Me, Sei and Gon asked him.

" Secret. " Killua said as he put his hand on his cheek.

Then the four of us were back to being silent. It wasn't actually comfortable but it's not uncomfortable either. It was the normal silence where people ran out of things to talk about.

I couldn't take the silence, I looked over to Sei and saw that she too can't take the silence and we both ended up laughing causing Killua and Gon to laugh with us.

" Don't worry. " Killua reassured while smiling " none of you are my target "

" My target isn't you three either. " Gon said.

" Same here " I said.

" Same here as well " Sei said.

" Let's show our numbers at the count of three. " I said to which they nodded.

" 1... 2... 3!! " The four of us exclaimed, revealing our cards.

Sei and I looked at Gon's card and then at each other.

Just as I thought, his target is Hisoka

" Seriously... " Killua comments as he sees Gon's card

" You have really bad luck " Sei mentioned as Gon laughs shamelessly.

" Who's 199 and 198? " Gon asked, changing the subject.

" You don't know either " Killua sighs " I didn't bother to memorize everyone's numbers. "

I leaned over to Killua's ear and told him that 199 and 198 are two of the Amori brothers, To which he gave me a smile and we decided to stick together to get their tags.

" Who's 301? " Killua asks.

" The creepy needle guy " Sei replies.

' aka Illumi ' I say in my head.

2 HOURS LATER

After arriving at Zevil island, we were told to disembark in order of arrival at the third phase.

We were also told that we have a week to get our target's badge. I wished my friends goodluck as they left before me.

Soon, it was my turn to disembark. I walked through the forest and found Killua sitting on a tree branch waiting for me.

We searched around the island for our targets, from what I recall in the anime. Killua found them in three days. Soon, it was getting late. Killua and I went to get firewood

I helped him arrange the firewood, he was going to light it up but I stopped him.

" Watch this " I tell him as I shoot a small fireball on the wood and it lit up immediately.

" Seeing you do magic never fails to amaze me " Killua mentions.

" I know right " I say to him.

I went inside my game box and took out some marshmallows, grahams and chocolate.

We started making smores and ate them, Afterwards we laid down on the sleeping bags that I conjured. Killua crawled closer to me as we laid on the ground.

" Hey... Y/n? " Killua called and I hummed in response.

" C-Could you s-sing me a song? " Killua asked, embarrassed.
