" Alright, Gon. Just like we trained, okay? " I told Gon.
" Right, Y/n! " He says with enthusiasm before he left.
Sei and I went to the market to help out Mito and her grandmother. It's been 2 years since we came here to Whale Island.
So far, it's been very peaceful in here. No sign of the rat's shenanigans. Mito promised Gon that he'll let him take the Hunter Exam with us if he caught the Lord of The Lake before the day ends.
But I know he'll catch it, he's the protagonist after all. Plus, we trained him beforehand.
A few hours later, Gon succeeded in catching the Lord of the Lake and showed it to the townspeople.
" Mito-san, I caught the Lord of the Lake. I can take the Hunter Exam, right? " Gon asks her.
Mito doesn't answer but gives him a look that said he could.
" I'll do my best, Mito-san! " Gon then left to go back to his house.
Sei and I went over to Mito
" Don't worry, Mito-san. We'll keep an eye on him " Sei and I assured her.
" Thank you, girls " Mito smiles in relief.
Soon, night fell. Sei and I began to pack our stuff in advance and placing them into our inventory.
Kyaaa!!! I'm so excited!
" Okay, clothes; checked. Food and beverages; checked, First Aid; checked and everything else; checked " Sei said.
" Hunter Exam, here we go!! " Sei and I whispered to each other.
Then we went to sleep.
THE NEXT MORNING
Sei and I got up early in the morning and took a bath and changed our clothes.
