"Surprise, Molly."
"What the fuck," Derek gasped as Georgie threw the voice changer to the floor.
Georgie ripped open his robe and started pulling it off, his teeth suddenly gritted. "Since Derek here disappeared on my ass-" he threw the robes to the ground, glaring at the man tied to the star. "I've been on my own, all fuckin' night." Derek looked back and forth between the three next to him and the psychotic twenty-one year old in front of him. "Thanks a lot, partner."
"You motherfucker!" Derek spat. "Sid, he's crazy! You know me better than that!" Sidney started to draw her hands away from the ropes, her confidence fading.
Georgie laughed. "Come on, Sid!" He tilted his head, a small smirk on his lips. "I gotta have a partner. I couldn't have possibly done this alone."
Sidney looked back up at Derek, starting to believe what Georgie was saying. "Derek..."
He looked down at her, eyes pleading. "Sid, no, Sid, Sid. No, no, no, no,"
"It's okay, Derek." Georgie said calmly. "We got them. All of them."
"Sid, Molly, he's lying!" Derek insisted as the girls inched away from them, still keeping behind Stu. "Sid, Sid - untie me!"
"Hmm," Hummed Georgie, causing the girls to turn back and look at him. He now had the tip of his knife to his head, as if he were leaning on it to think, and he narrowed his eyes as he began to mock Sidney. "boyfriend? - killer? - boyfriend? - killer?-"
"Sid! The man is lying!" Derek yelled. "Untie me! Sid, untie me."
Sidney just stared at him. She and Molly were against Stu's back now, trying to get the furthest away from Derek they could be without coming any closer to Georgie.
"What do you think, Derek?" Georgie asked, bringing his knife back down. "Is Sidney experiencing some deja vu?" He chuckled. "I think Molly might be too~"
"No, no!" Derek screamed at Georgie, who only started to grin. "I am gonna fucking kill you! - you are dead! - DEAD!"
Then Georgie pulled out a gun from his pocket, and without a second thought or a moment to spare, he pulled the trigger, and fired at Derek.
The girls let out ear-splitting screams. Sobbing, Sidney ran to Derek and clamped her hand over the new bullet wound in his chest. His face was contorted in pain and he let out a strangled cry. Molly could do nothing but cover her mouth to keep herself from screaming and fall closer to Stu's side. Stu in question kept his knife out in front of him, but it was clear he didn't want to use it. His face was pale, and Molly could feel his fast-paced breathing.
Stu was panicking.
Derek groaned in pain as he looked down at Sidney. The young woman's vision was blurred by tears as she looked back.
"I'm sorry." She cried.
Derek was barely able to grit out a last sentence, saying to Sidney; "I would never have hurt you". Then Derek's head lulled forward, his eyes closed, and he let put a final strained sigh, and he stopped breathing.
