Y/n walked down the streets oh her home town El Paso , the streets have rare astray puddles as El Paso doesn't get rain all that much

She walked in the downtown city , where all the big buildings were , and the good food was

Y/n wasn't a talkative person , she prefers to keep to herself , she just doesn't like being around people unless they're her friends

Or people at quinces

She sighs and walks I to her apartment complex, the complex wasn't all that shitty , mostly cause it's damn expensive

She unlocked her door and walked in and set her bag down on her side table

She was home for summer break , she'd be going off back to California soon to continue taking courses at Berkeley

Y/n walked around her kitchen and grabbed a glass of water before listening to her home phones voicemails

Beep

"Y/n necesitas llamar a tu tío, se preocupa por tu pago" [y/n you need to call your uncle , he is fussing about your payment ]

She could only sigh as the voicemail of her brother came on

"Yo y/n we should go out and catch up since your finally home , so don't be a Extraño and call me back"

Y/n made a mental note to call her brother back

She listen through them before sitting down on the couch

My life really depends on these damn ads dont they?  Y/n thinks to herself , she would show up in a few ads for hair spray and what not , nothing special

Y/n then pulled out her manga collection and started reading I should be studying for Interms but I'd rather read demon slayer to be honest

Y/n read on until night came , she was becoming sleepy by the moment but she kept reading it

Soon enough the book falls to the floor as she leans to her side fast asleep for she did not know that she would have a life changing experience

A soft breeze ran through the air , though y/n sleep did not falter a bit

Her sleep did not falter till she felt the pruning of an annoying person waking her

"Hey get up it's dangerous out here!" The voice spoke in a language she was not familiar with

Y/n opened her eyes to see a young looking boy with nice brown hair

She leaned back because of how close he was to her

She then looked around realizing this was not her home , she stood up and looked around

"Dónde estoy?" [where am i?] she asked looking at the boy

She studied him , his brown hair , to his unnecessarily white clothes , clothes!!

The clothes he is wearing  is a Yukata!

He looks at her "I can't understand you" he speaks and y/n tilts her head

"Pregunté donde estoy" [i asked where I am] she said looking him up and down

"Ah she speaks Spanish " the boy tells himself , he was the many few people who knew English but he assumed that wouldn't help

So he pointed to her then to himself then to a path that leads to a temple

Y/n got the message and followed the boy ,he doesn't seem to want to cause any harm , there is no biggie in following him
