When Love is Shattered

For the next few weeks me and Kotoha spent time together

We would go into town together and we would bring Douma along if we went at night

It wasn't every night that he got to go out with us

Everything was going well

Until it wasn't.....

The night wind was running against the side of the temple lightly

Inosuke slept in y/n's futon

Y/n was asleep next to him too

The two were cuddled next to each other , y/n held him like a protective mother would

It had been weeks since y/n told Kotoha not to go near Douma's room

She had been doing well with that until tonight

She was walking by when she heard the scream of a young child

She turned to the door and went to reach for it

But she stopped

She shook and shook pleading to not move

She knew something was terribly wrong

And she really wanted to help , but she didn't want to risk getting everyone in trouble for it

But when the sound of the child's scream ran along her again

Her body moved before she could think

She slammed the sliding doors open and looked around.

All these thoughts were going through her head as the toxic smell of blood filled her nose

She froze as tears formed in her eyes

She couldn't help but yell for Douma to stop eating the little girl

She was barely alive , but in so much pain

Douma turned to look at her

He soon got up

"How unfortunate " he stated

"Why do you do these things!?" She yelled as Douma frowned

He truely never wanted to kill Kotoha

But she just wouldn't let him explain , she cursed him calling him names

Kotoha was frightened

"We're you going to kill y/n too?!" She yelled angered

"No I was-" Douma started but got cut off

"Don't lie!! You are a monster!!" She yelled

Douma frowned

He really did like Kotoha he had no bad intentions with her or y/n

But Kotoha was making it hard

He'd have to kill her if she wouldn't understand and let him talk

She kept cursing him , soon enough he pulled out his fan and slashed it

Fear filled her mind as she ran

She knew it was bad to leave the ones she loves so much and her own child
