The One You Shouldn't Have Let Go [Douma x Modern reader]

You Do know English

I sat in the garden in my kimono , it was quite comfortable,

I reached into my sleeve and grabbed my ID

This kimono makes hiding small things so simple

It's small pockets in places the eyes of demons nor humans can see is perfect for me

I looked down at it , my picture of me , I was about 16 when the photo was taken , I haven't changed much since then

I put it back into the hidden pocket in the sleeve , I could look and dwell over it tonight by my lonesome

I was kinda surprised that Douma hadn't shown up , yet it was peaceful

Until it wasn't

"You know I had the upmost trouble finding you today" he spoke

Is that so?

I only sigh and turn to look at him , I learned pretty fast that he finds it distasteful to not look at the person your talking to

"Que apesta"[that sucks] I say with a small smile , not like he knew what I was saying anyway

He then smiles and shrugs and sits next to me "did you understand what I said?" He asks and I moved my hand virtually side to side showing that I kinda knew what he said

"That's wonderful , learning more English as we go" he speaks happily

Ha , jokes on you sucker

I turned to look at the pond

Douma then turned his head to me

I turned to look at y/n , I looked at the kimono , I saw her sleeve was up a bit

But I saw something else ,

Are those.....scars?

I noticed he was staring with a distant face

I turn to him

"Qué ocurre Douma"[whats wrong douma] I ask and he turns his head to me

"I don't know what you're saying" he says and I only sigh

"Que dolor" I mumbled but not surprisingly he heard

"What was that?.." he asked with somewhat of a smile

I have him a small side eye

"Nada"[nothing]

He nods "alright" he said , my eyes widen a bit
"You know.. the word?" I say trying my best to sound like I didn't know much English

He nods "I supposed that was what you're saying since the word in English matches the word in Spanish" he explained

I gave him a blank stare , he only let out a breath of air "I just knew" he spoke waving his hand

I nodded

I can see that , it's not a hard word to understand

Douma then stands up "I have duties to attend to so I'll be on my way!!" He yelled , I only side eyed him again

He smiles "bye bye I'll see you later!" He waved , I only put my hand up in acknowledgment

He smiled and walked off

As soon as he left the pressure went away

Every time I'm near him he aura is suffocating

Then I heard rustling before someone else came in front of me
