After finally managing to drag Luffy away from the food, the crew along with Conis and Pagaya returned to the Going Merry in order to sail off to hind Nami. "Alright! Set sail! To the place we should never, ever set foot!" Luffy was shouting at the top of his lungs while on Merry's head.
"Ah, I'm sorry! There's a headwind right now! With this wind, it would take a considerable amount of time to reach Upper Yard! I'm sorry!" However, it was cut short after Pagaya, standing on the land, had spoken those words.
"What!?" Luffy was in shock and unhappy.
"Considerable!?" The same could be said for Usopp as he was confused to how long.
"It wouldn't take as long if your ship were one powered by Dial energy." This had been explained to them. "I'm sorry." And followed with the old man's catchphrase.
"And just how long is 'considerable'?" Sanji came to ask him.
"I don't know... Until the wind comes around..." there was hesitation upon answering.
"Is that so? Considerable, huh?" But hearing this was a good thing for Usopp, while the others were looking to Luffy. "Nami certainly might be in peril without the great Usopp-sama to aid her..."
"Ossan, isn't there some other, faster way?" The captain was asking, still stuffing his face with food he managed to bring with him. "If we don't hurry, Nami will get back!" And his true motives had been leaked while speaking. He wasn't even the slightest bit worried about Nami. All he was worried about was not have her as an excuse to go to Upper Yard.
"But without any wind, we can't-" As Usopp was trying to still change his mind. "Oi, Luffy! So you were planning on that after all!" He ended up reacting to the last statement a moment later. They already knew that this was this rubber man was after to begin with.
"What do you mean?" But he was acting all clueless.
"You liar..." only a second later Luffy had ran below deck with a battle cry, only to then bring out a broken Waver they were keeping in the storage room.
"We finally found a dangerous place to go! Like hell I'm gonna wait for the wind to change!" He had completely lost it as he jumped off the ship with the Waver.
"Oi Luffy! Don't tell me that's...the old broken-down Waver!" the crew were just watching him as he was running across the beach. This wasn't going to end well.
"Here we go!" He placed the Waver into the cloud only to jump onto it. Seeing this caused some distress from the group watching. And not much to their surprise both him and the waver went under.
"That idiot!"
"See what I mean? Didn't you hear me!?" Usopp was shouting at him, since he has been warning Luffy, who was sinking..
"Ahh... I'm sinking..." His hand that was sticking up was slowly going under.
"What should we do? He's sinking again." Chopper asked.
"Leave him!" Since this was not the first time this has happen, and knowing the captain's personality it won't be the last either. While this was going on...
"Hmm..." Andrea's humming had caused her brother to glance towards her. She was off from the group.
"What's up?" He ended up asking while walking over towards her. As he was doing so she was tilting her head side to side.
"Someone's watching us." She answered, looking out in the direction where Upper Yard was off in.
"So he is watching everything." Seeing how she said this, Andrew began to also look in the same direction, not even questioning her.
"Yeah, but..." Andrea's head titled to the side a bit confused.
"But?" Her brother waited for her to continued as she stopped part was through her statement.
"There seems to be some sort of hunt happening." But oddly enough she had turned to her brother saying this.
"A hunt? Is it the Navigator?" Which caused Andrew to ask this, since it would be a problem.
"Hmm... No, it's a man begging chased by other men." However, Nami hadn't been the one in the middle of it. "It's nothing really important, just strange." Though it was odd Andrea was saying all this to begin with. At the point, the two of them hadn't quite notice that their conversation was being listened to.

Soon after Luffy began to sink, Zoro dived into the clouds in order to save him. The swordsman dragged the now inflated body belonging to the captain onto the shore and began stepping on his stomach to push out all the cloud he ended up swallowing. "So this is your old Waver?" While that was going on, the Waver had also been pulled out of the sea and now being examined by Pagaya. "It really is worn out, isn't it?"
"We found it in the sea below yours." This had been explained by Usopp of how they got it.
"If you don't mind, may I take a look at it? If it can be fixed, I shall fix it." The middle age men was asking and stated at the end.
"You can fix it, Ossan?" Which had been heard by Luffy, who seemed to have regained consciousness.
"I am a Dial ship engineer." They had been informed of this.
"Really? Hurry up and..." The captain stopped midway through his sentence as his face began turning blue. "...fix it..." That was being spit out along with more cloud. Seeing this was causing Andrea to laugh in amusement until a sudden chill ran down her spin. Her head shot around upon a noise that no one but here seemed to able to hear. Not to mention a large amount of force she suddenly felt.
"What... What was that?" The only thing she knew was where it was coming from.
"Andrea?" Andrew noticed the pale face of the young woman looking off in the direction of Upper Yard once again. She appeared to be quite surprised and that was rare for his sister. Causing him to question what she was hearing and seeing with that special ability of hers.
