Week 39: Junk

There are a few hours before the pay-per-view Hell in a Cell starts when Stephanie catches Rosa near catering. She approaches her to see what went down between her and Dean the other night.

"Hey Rosa, how's it going?"

"Pretty good, I'm looking forwards to the Shield's match tonight."

She smirks, "Yeah, think everybody is. So how did things go between you and Ambrose the other night? I didn't hear anything about from you yet."

Rosa frowns, "I don't think he's interested in me."

Stephanie felt a little bad about hearing it but at the same time she's relieved, "Really, what happened?"

"Nothing, I went for a kiss and he just totally turned me down."

"Well I did warn you."

She shrugs her shoulders, "I guess I just had to experience it for myself."

Before Stephanie can ask about anything else Brent comes up to her. Rosa excuses herself and leaves the two together.

"Hey babe, my mom wants to meet up with us to talk about some wedding details."

Stephanie nods her head, "Okay, but I don't know if I'll have any time to visit home. I could talk to her over the phone."

"It would mean a lot to her if you met up with her in person instead of calling her." She grabs a few fries from the catering table, "Baby, you should really cut down on the junk food."

"What're you trying to say?" She asks.

"I mean I didn't want to say anything but you're ass has been getting a little bouncier and you do want to fit perfectly in your wedding dress."

"Yeah," she drops the fries from her hands back on the pile. "I guess there should be a limit."

"You know I'm just looking out for you."

"Of course, I get it." Stephanie feels a little irritated as she checks out her butt. "So are you staying for the match?"

Brent's face contorts, "You know I would, but I have to fly out to New York tomorrow for that photo shoot and I need to pack it in pretty early."

"Right," she says with disappointment in her voice, "well I have to go to hair and makeup so I'll see you later."

A few minutes before the Shield has to head down the stairs, Stephanie is adjusting her pants and looking at her reflection in the tile wall. Dean is standing beside her while Seth and Roman are talking to each other.

Dean notices her constant inspecting, "What are you doing?"

"Nothing just making sure I don't look chunky in the butt area." She straightens her pants in the butt area to make sure it looks good.

"So is your fiancé cheering for you like a good soon-to-be-husband?" He asks.

Stephanie takes a moment to answer, "No, he has other things to do tonight."

"Explains why I didn't see him earlier." He whispers to himself.

"What'd you say?"

"I said his modeling career must be really kicking off since you two got engaged." He says sarcastically.

Stephanie doesn't respond instead she just scoffs and continues to examine herself in the walls reflection.

"Don't worry about your backside," he says scanning her butt, "it's perfect."

Stephanie stops to wonder if she heard that right and tries to hide the redness she's feeling in her cheeks.
