Monday

Another night and another show, all four members of the Shield are packing their stuff into the rental car. Since Alissa is no longer traveling with them and AJ had the night off, Stephanie has decided to travel with her team since it only seems natural.

Dean helps Stephanie put her bags into the trunk of the car, "It's kinda nice having you ride with us."

"Why's that? We're not going to be able to do anything."

He leans in to whisper in her ear, "I have a plan. You see, when Roman and Seth fall asleep in the backseat and when I'm driving you can give me an old fashion road trip blow job."

Stephanie punches his shoulder, "Really, is that all you think about when we're near each other?"

Dean raises his eyebrows, "What do you think about when we're together?" He asks with such curiosity in his question.

Biting her tongue she pretends to look around, "You know what, it'd probably be better to ride with Nicole and Brie."

She reaches for her bag but Dean stops her by placing his hand over hers, "I'm just kidding. Which reminds me, what are you doing Thursday?"

"Um, it's my day off. Why?" Stephanie's heart started to beat fast.

Dean shrugs his shoulders, "There's a hockey game in Philadelphia. My friend and I were supposed to go but he can't make it so if you want to come that would be cool."

"I don't know a lot about hockey."

"There's nothing to it."

She nods her head, "Sure, I mean I do owe you for coming to the wedding with me so why not."

"Cool."

The two stare at each other for what feels like awhile until Seth pops his head out from the window.

"Hey, what's taking you two so long? We'd be half way to the next town by now."

On his way to the driver side, Dean smacks Seth in the back of the head while Stephanie goes towards the back seat with Roman in the driver side.

Thursday

Stephanie and Dean are sitting together watching the Flyers game. Dean has been attempting to teach Stephanie the basics of hockey with minimal success.

"Okay, I'm sticking with football. That's easier to understand and keep up with."

Dean smiles revealing his dimple, which Stephanie has developed a weakness for, "It slowly comes to you after a certain amount of time watching."

"So why are the Flyers your favorite team?"

"Well out of all the places that I've lived in I would say Philadelphia would be my favorite city. Plus, I was living out here when I got the call from WWE."

"That's cool so where do you call home now?"

"Las Vegas." He says with amusement since the town surely fits him.

Stephanie raised her eyebrows, "Really, I actually live there. Born and raised. I thought only Ryback, Rosa and I live there."

"I had my pick of the litter so I figured why not Vegas. They got awesome mountains to climb and bike through."

"Yeah, I wouldn't know," She laughs, "I'm not a big fan of nature and after watching 127 Hours I refuse to go into the deserted mountains."

"Oh come on, what are the odds of that happening to you?"

"I'm sure that's what the guy James Franco played said before going and look what happened to him. He had to chop his own arm off. NOPE, no thank you."

"He didn't have a hiking buddy. I'll be your hiking buddy and I won't let anything happen to you."

Stephanie smirks from hearing that he would make sure to keep me safe in a situation like that. "Yeah, I have a better chance in dying in the desert than getting a chance at winning the Divas title."

"Now that you bring it up, what is taking you so long to get that thing already?"

She shrugs her shoulders, "Ask Vince since he's the one running the show. It's like after all the service I've given for the WWE isn't enough for a title shot. It's like he still sees me as a kid learning the business."

"You won your match against Alissa last week for a title opportunity so I'm sure you'll get at least a chance at it next week or the week after that. They can't keep you from getting the title forever."

An hour and a half goes by with the game going and Dean and Stephanie talking about random things in between breaks.

"It's nice to actually stop and talk to each other." Stephanie says with hilarity.

"Yeah I guess it's alright." Dean responds acting like it's nothing but inside he's really enjoyed it just as much.

She nudges his arm, "Seriously, we've been working with each other for like nine months and with all the sex we've never really gotten to talk normally to get to know each other."

"We can talk during sex if you count moaning." He says jokingly.

"Fine, ruin the moment."

Stephanie looks on as the game nears the end while Dean's eyes are on her and only her.
