Week 44: The Final Decision

Tonight is the big match between the Shield and the Wyatt Family. Stephanie is in the makeup chair getting ready for the match.

"Alright, Steph you are all set." Leslie, the makeup artist says.

Stephanie leans in to whisper, "Leslie, can I ask you for a huge favor?"

"Sure, what is it?"

She looks around to be sure no one can see as she moves her hair behind her shoulder, "I kinda have a hickey situation and..."

Leslie waves her hands, "Say no more, I got some really good concealer that's strong enough to cover up tattoos."

"Thanks, and I need some here too." She says unzipping her Shield hoodie to reveal more purple marks down her abdomen.

"Wow, that fiancé of yours is really marking his territory."

"Yeah, he sure is."

Stephanie spends a few minutes getting covered up when she runs into Mark in the hall. Since the hotel situations she has been thinking long and hard on what she should do next.

"Hey Mark, can I talk to you? It's about the Wyatt Family decision."

"Sure, what have you decided?"

She takes a deep breath, "I'm all for the change. I know that I've had a very successful time with the Shield and I know that I can do the same with the Wyatts."

"That's good to hear, I'll go let the creative team know so we can have your turn tonight during the match."

Mark rushes off to inform the creative team, Wyatts, and of course the Shield which she has a feeling won't be a delightful conversation with certain people.

Later that night...

Suddenly Stephanie manages to free herself from the restrains and runs over to the Shield's corner. She grabs Seth's foot and yanks him off the apron causing him to hit his head on the apron. Stephanie looks into Dean's wide shocked eyes and smiles at him with a sinister grin.

Roman gets to his feet and faces Stephanie, "What are you doing?"

Stephanie doesn't say anything but smiles and shrugs her shoulder when Luke Harper comes up from behind her to deliver a big boot to Roman Reigns.

Dean continues to look at Stephanie as he uses the ropes to get to his feet when Bray sandwhiches him into the corner then bounces off the ropes to hit Dean with a running cross body. Bray Wyatt looks over at Stephanie who's smiling at him and she nods her head. Bray lifts Dean and delivers a Sister Abigail. He goes for the pin for the win.

"The winners of this match...the Wyatt Family."

After the whole heel turn on Stephanie's part, she, along with the Wyatt family, make it backstage. The Shield is shortly behind them after they left the ring.

Dean comes speak walking up behind Stephanie. He grabs her by the arm and drags her into an empty hallway.

"What the hell was all that about?"

She shrugs her shoulders, "It's just time for a change of story."

"You're a hound not a Wyatt."

"Like it matters, this has to be done, okay? Things have gotten to the point where I can't even work with you. You and I can't be near each other anymore. And it's the only way we can completely move on from each other."

Dean is completely speechless at the final conclusion that Stephanie has come to. He was hoping that after the other night that he had won her over again but instead he just pushed her even further away.
