Stephanie and AJ are going over tonight’s match when Alissa catches up with him from her little vacation.
“So how was your time off, Melissa?” AJ asks.
Alissa stretches her arms up, “It was very relaxing. Spending time with my gorgeous cat and enjoying the sunshine.”
“Well it’s good to have you back in this circle of love we call wrestling.” Stephanie says.
“So when's the next dive off a ladder?”
“Yeah, we can’t do that again.” AJ comments, “The next over extreme incident and we’ll get fined.”
“That sucks it was fun falling off a ladder. Almost as fun as falling off the steel cage that one time.”
The talk about tonight’s match up until Stephanie’s phone rings. She looks at the caller ID and takes the call in an empty hallway.
“Hello,” She answers.
“Hey Steph, it’s Selena. How are you?”
“Selena, what’s it’s been a few months what’s going on?”
“Oh nothing exciting other than I’M GETTING MARRIED,” her voice vibrated through the phone, “You didn’t forget did you?”
“No, of course I didn’t forget. I’m a bridesmaid.” The truth is with the heel turn, joining the Shield, and things with Dean Ambrose she blocked that endearing event from her mind.
“Mhm, that’s why I’m calling. I wanted to remind you that you have to bring a date to the wedding because the seating chart is set up in pairs. I already booked rooms for all the bridesmaids and their dates.”
“A date? I guess I forgot that most of the girls that are Selena’s bridesmaids are in a relationship but me, how sad to realize that now.”
“Um, okay.”
“You do have a date, right or you can at least find one, can’t you?”
“Yeah, I can get a date. Don’t worry about it you have other things to get done so I’ll see you in a few weeks.”
“Alright, bye-bye.”
Sure, Stephanie can find a date since she works with so many men and one of them could go with her. It can’t be that hard to get a date. Well she wouldn’t know since it’s been a long time since Stephanie has been in a real relationship.
