Pulling away both slightly gasping for air John couldn't stop his smirk
"Better than Irish I hope?" He asked her softly
With a chuckle the woman responded "much better."
John smiled back before leaning back to her and capturing her lips once again as his mind kept scolding him for doin this to Abigail and Jack instead of finding the men that where once brothers to turn them in for their freedom he was kissing a woman he had met not even a few weeks ago knowing the two would never have any more interactions once he attacks Fort Mercer but all those running thoughts telling him to stop and quickly go fine Bill and Javier his heart took over shushing his mind and he deepened the kiss with the woman as his hands traveled down grabbing her hips bring her to straddle him with a small gasp escaping Dixie as his larger rough hands squeezed her behind, John took the opportunity to dance his tongue with hers
But suddenly with a string of their saliva mixed to together Dixie pushed him away as they took short breaths staring at each other
"We should go get Irish before he scurries off." She mumbled and John nodded agreeing and watched as she climbed off him and with a rushed hand she raked one though her hair while grabbing her essentials in the other and exited the cabin leaving John on the bed lost in his own thoughts and wanting to kick himself in the ass for ruining the only good thing he has left to hold on to
After gathering their belongings they soon mounted up and rode off silently to Benedict Point.
Hitching their trusty steeds to the post John made his way to find the drunken fool as Dixie went to check to see if they had received any mail.
"That's a mighty fine corset you got their Dixie Gold." Irish whisper slurred next to the rundown shack as John walked his way not seeing the man will he rounded the corner "let your sweet Irish untie them strings..." Irish mumbled but make noise of surprised as john roughly kicked the man's leg awaking the fool from his dreams as he yelled standing up frantically
"where are you? Who do you want? I, I see ya. Get away from me!" Irish stumbled around looking wildly for his attacker, and John couldn't help himself but slightly bend down the the man's level
"Right here." John told him while raising his hands slightly to shake them to get the man's attention like he was a stupid bull that was colorblind, Irish got ahold of himself sight as he leaned against a some crates for support, "Where's that machine gun, Irish?" John seethed
"Ahh, Mr. Marston. I found you one." Irish responded as a fly threw around him loudly and he bend at the waist holding his whiskey pounding head
"Found us one, Irish. We're in this together. You, me and an assault on Fort Mercer. I'm the guy who saved you from getting killed back there and who you own your life to remember?" John told him not sure how much memory the man had already drunken away
Irish reached down picking up a bottle as he chuckled "Not really. Happens to me all the time." He laughed more clearly wanting it to seem like he didn't remember when he does in fact do
