Back Story :
"I order you to go to him. Your lover. You are free now." Raj Mata Satyabati ordered to Amba.
Amba was standing tall in the middle of the podium of the royal court of Hastinapur. She was smiling in mind. She knew that it was her destiny. She had to go back to Shalva.
"Why Raj Mata?!! Are you tired of me so soon?!!" She asked her while by arching eyebrows slightly.
"That's not the case. You are the big sister of my two daughter-in-laws. You have every right to stay here. But I think you have to go back to Shalva and get married soon. It is your time to be married too." Raj Mata Satyabati answered her question.
"Bibah aur santan mere Jiban ki pustak main hain hi nahi." (Marriage and child is out question for me now.)
Amba confidently answered her by tilting her head partially.
"But you have been given the enough opportunity to marry my son. But you refuted. Why?!! Because you are in love with another man. Isn't it?!!" Raj Mata Satyabati proudly displayed her emotions.
"Yes. You are right, Raj Mata. I am in love with another man." Amba with a smug look proudly looked at Bhism who was clearly uncomfortable by seeing this meaningless banter.
He came forward and looked at both of these confident women one by one and uttered slowly -
"Rajkumari Amba, we have no evil intention towards you. You are our esteemed guest. Not a prisoner. You are now free to go anywhere you want to."
"Where, Mahamahim Bhism?!! When you are taking me with you from my father's house a fortnight ago, will you ask for my personal permission for that?!! Now tell me where I should go?!!" She angrily snapped at him.
"Go to your father or to your lover. I am sending you to Madra Pradesh. I hope King Shalva will accept you as his wife." By telling this Satyabati had instructed the Senapati to accompany with her to Madra state.
The royal court was dismissed by her. She was angry with Amba. Satyabati needed some time to control her own uprising anger. She just hoped that boy to meet with Amba in the near future. But her assumption was very wrong. She had to meet Amba once more in more grave situation.
....Bhism's POV :
I don't know why I am now so much dissapointed at this moment. I want her to be happy. But she did not look a bit happy with the decision. If she is really in love with Shalva she should be satisfied with it. Then why she was looking so gloomy?!!
My mother told me at childhood that love lies in sacrifice. She had already sacrificed her love for Pitashree just for his sake. I tried to follow her own advice. Then why I am not happy too? Why my heart is bleeding so much? Why I am feeling broken from inside? Good Lord!!! What I can do to make her happy?!! What should I do to make her smile?!!!
....Amba's POV :
I know what is going to happen with me. He will definitely sent me back. I know that beforehand.
Bhism was so wrong with me. He should not do that to me. He should not touch me without my consent. He had to ask for my permission. I know that he was trying to save me from fall but at least he had to ask for my personal consent. I will kill him. By God!!! By hook or by crook!!!
....Story Unfolds :
Madra Pradesh was at the farthest northern corner of India. To reach there from Hastinapur needed at least 4 days.
Amba was Sstanding tall at the horse back on the chariot. Her mind was racing in thoughts but her face was stone cold. Her emotions were not showing up in her face. She knew it perfectly well what was going to be now. But her body was rigid and her mind was firm.
All of a sudden someone threw an arrow in her direction. She was alert till the beginning. She dodged that vile attack by pulling out her swords from her belt and threw it in the direction of the arrow. Both the arrow and the sword collided with each other and blasted together. The heavy sound made everyone bewildered. The army general even became stiff for a second but with a jolt broke up and looked at her direction. She was standing tall, proud and unharmed. She was still composed and content. But looked quite amused by seeing this audacity of some assulter.
The Senapati took some men with him instantly to enquire about the assualter. Their horses reached to the horizon when several arrows flied in great speed towards them and pierced their hearts. They all fell down from their horses with a last gawk sound.
Suddenly someone rushed towards Amba with great force. He was riding elegantly on a black horse. He had a sharp bladed open sword on his left hand and his golden and black armor was shining brightly in the daylight. He looked like Lord Yama himself.
Amba did not moved a bit from her real position. She arched her right eyebrow slightly towards the coming man. She felt amused to see an open attack of assinate her in broad open daylight. Why should she be afraid?!! She was an warrior Princess herself. In battle she had to be alert for every passing second. She cleanched her own fist on a sharp knife and dragged it out from her belt. She was alert to welcome the assulter. But she did not believe her own ears. It was the same voice that she hated most.
"Welcome. Rajkumari Amba. You are truly welcome to Madra Pradesh."
It was of Madra King Shalva himself.
Then it was Shalva who tried to kill her. But why?!! God damn, why?!!!************************************
