     "Haha.. No thank you, Kokichi, you know I think I'm just gonna-"

     "Oh come on! Don't be a big baby.."

     Kokichi was pulling my arm, trying to pull me towards a big creature, triple the size of us. It was hideous, like as if you mixed a dinosaur and a rabbit together. It just doesn't match.

     "I DON'T WANT TO DIE KOKICHI-"

     "Fine I'll take it down myself!" said Kokichi. He pulled out his black stick, and tapped the red gem on it. The black stick turned into a staff.

"Flexer." I said. "Flexing your powers like that 🙄 "

(jk lol)

Kokichi whispered a few words, which I couldn't hear him, and a rush of wind came and hit the monster.

"Hang onto your hats, Shuichi!" he shouted to me.

The creature hit a big boulder, and stopped moving. I looked at Kokichi.

"Is it dead?" I asked him. Kokichi shrugged.

"I don't know, but let's find out!" he grinned, and skipped over to the creature. He examined it, and later turned to me.

"It's dead." he said. "Now you've seen my true power!"

I rolled my eyes. "Yeah, alright."

"Oh, also," Kokichi turned turned around, and picked something out. "Here, seems that the creature was holding this."

Kokichi handed me the item.

"A radio?" I asked. He nodded.

"I bet this is the type of radio that plays music. Want to try it out?" he asked me.

"Sure.." I said. Kokichi pressed one of the buttons on the radio.

     "Please don't go, I love you so-"

I turned the radio off.

"Seriously?" asked Kokichi. "You didn't even listen for five seconds."

"This radio is trash," I dropped it to the ground.

"Oh yeah, we're getting distracted." Kokichi took the radio, and put it in his inventory. "We're supposed to level you up. What level are you now?"

I sighed. "Level one."

Kokichi started laughing at me, I had the urge to push a rock down his throat.

After Kokichi finished laughing at me, and looked at a certain direction. "Look, Look, Poo-Ichi, there's a low level monster for you!"

I turned around, and saw a wolf.

"I have to kill a wolf?" I asked.
"Don't worry, they lived a peaceful life.. I think." said Kokichi. "Anyways, go kill it! Swing your sword at it or something!"

I looked at the wolf, burying it's head in the bushes. Am I really going to do this?

Yes, I have to do this. For Kaede..

I snuck up to the wolf until I was close enough. Tightening my grip around the sword, I swung the sword directly at the wolf.

"Congratulations, Shuichi!" Kokichi clapped his hands. "This was your first kill!"
"I feel so bad about it.." I said.

Kokichi sighed. "In this game, you gotta man up. Or else you won't be able to save Kaede.. you know."

"Yeah... right..."

I sat down on the grass, and Kokichi sat down next to me.

"Your pretty emo, aren't you?" he asked me.
"Excuse me..?"
"Hey, open your inventory."

I opened my inventory, and Kokichi tapped on an item.

"What are you doing?" I asked him.

A glass of water came floating in front of me. I grabbed it. and looked at Kokichi.

"You should be thirsty by now." he said. "You should stay hydrated, y'know?"

"Right.." I said. I looked at the cup in my hand, and began drinking the water.

     "Are you hungry?" asked Kokichi. "I have some bread.. or you know like, we can go to Teruteru's diner-"

     "I'd rather go to Teruteru's diner than eat stolen food.." I said. Kokichi sighed.

     "Your paying." he said, as he stood up.

    "I-"

    "Juust kidding, I'll pay since I know that your poor!" he smiled at me. I didn't know whether to feel insulted, or relieved.
