"Ugh.." First thing I felt when I gained consciousness was the pain in my head. I rubbed my forehead. "My god.."

I opened my eyes to find I was laying down in a field of grass. "Huh..? What..?" Along with the grass, I saw a short boy sitting next to me.

"Your finally awake sleepyhead.." he said. "About time. You've been dead for hours." I sat up, and looked at the boy. He had a black cloak on with a little bit of a checkered pattern and purple hair and eyes. He was holding a black stick.

"Where am I.. Who are you..?" I asked him.

He layed down, and looked at the clouds. "This is the maagical world.

"Alright.. who are you..?" I asked again. He stood up and lent me a hand, and smiled at me.

"I'm Kokichi!" he said to me. "I'm your local mage! What about you, who are you?"

I grabbed his hand and stood up. "I'm.. Shuichi Saihara." He kept staring at me, as if waiting for me to go on.

What..?"

"What are you?" he asked me. "Mage? Magician? Fairy? A homeless villager looking for money?

"How am I supposed to know?" I asked him. "I just got here."

"Your right.. All of a sudden, your body just glitched here." he thought for a second. After, he smiled and pointed at me.

"You.. Must've been trapped too!" he said.

"What..?" I said in confusion.

"Your new here! I'll teach you the basics.." he grabbed my arm. "So in order to open the menu, you move your hand like this.."

He moved my hand in a circular way, and a small screen appeared before me.
"What's this..?" I asked him. He let go of my arm, and pointed to the screen.

"This is the menu.. here you can see multiple buttons, profile, inventory, spell book.." he pointed at the profile button. "Here, press this."

I did as told, and it showed a picture of my avatar, level, and name.. and other stuff. wait.
"How does it know my name?" I asked. He shrugged.

"I don't know that either." he said to me. "Look under your name. What does it say?"

I looked under my name. "It says I'm a.. swordsman."

"Ooh.. a swordsman.." he said. "Check your inventory.. there should be a sword and some other stuff there.."

I checked my inventory, there was a cloak, a sword, and a glass of water.

"Press the stuff in your inventory to make it appear.." he said. I pressed the sword, and a sword came floating in front of me. "If you wanna put it back, tap on the item, and you should see a button that puts it back."

"W-woah.." I said. I grabbed the sword, and it stopped floating. "This.. is heavy.."

"Of course idiot, it's a sword." he rolled his eyes. Okay so he's kind of annoying. "To exit out the menu, tap outside of the screen."
