Chapter 9-An interesting night

~Shadow's POV~

Sonic opened the window and quickly climbed in through it.He looked very surprised to see me and just seeing his face made me smile even though it seemed like he didn't want to talk to me

Sonic"W-What are you doing?"

Shadow"Two reason one to find why you've been ignoring me and two cuase there something really important i need to tell you"

Sonic"Shadow look i'm no-"

Shadow"Why?"

Sonic"Huh what do you mean?"

Shadow"Why have you been straight up ignoring me for the past two weeks? Are you mad at me?Did i do something wrong?"

Sonic"Mad? Shadow i'm not mad at you it's just...i thought you wouldn't wanna be my friend anymore"

Shadow"Why would think?"

Sonic"Well i felt like i was fa- actually nevermind i don't i can tell you cuase it's kinda embarrassing i guess"

Shadow"I'm your best friend Sonic you can tell me anything but i wouldn't force you to if you don't want to"

Sonic"Thanks for understanding"

Sonic then gave me a tight hug and i hugged him back,i could feel myself blushing as this happened

Sonic"So what is it that you wanted to tell me?"

Shadow"Huh oh yeah right look the is that i..."

I struggled to say the last part as began to stare deeply into his beautiful green emerald eyes,i was so nervous all the sudden i just froze up and i could felt my heart rate speeding up by the second ugh why i'm i so fucking scared to tell him how i feel?!

Sonic"Shadow are you ok your face is all red?"

Shadow"Y-Yeah i'm good"

Sonic"Ok so what is it?"

Shadow"Well i uhmm ugh why does this have to be so hard?!"

Sonic"Hey calm down you don't have to tell me right now if your feeling scared or something you can always tell me later,hey there's some leftover pizza in the fridge wanna go grab a slice?"

Shadow"Sure i'd like that"

Sonic"Good cause we really need to catch up,a lot has happened these past few weeks"

After catching up with Sonic we decided that we'd sleep on his bed together mainly cause last time i slept on his couch my back hurt like hell the next morning and because i kinda just wanted to be super close to him.I had a hard time falling asleep i was too busy having flashbacks to when Sonic and i had over first kiss inside his locker,the look on his face,the amount of butterflies i felt during that moment

*Loud lightning strike in the background*

I suddenly felt Sonic wrapping his arms around my waist as he began shaking and whimpering as he nuzzled his body angaist mine,i rememberd that he was really afraid of thunder storms.I then smirked as i thought of a way to make him calm down,i gently removed his arms from my waist i then turned around and hugged him pulling him closer to me and i then felt his head nuzzling into my chest

I smiled and gave him a soft kiss on his forehead and whispered into his ear "I love you Sonic" before i closed my eyes and finally fell asleep

///The next morning///

~Sonic's POV~

I woke up to see that Shadow and i were super close to each other and that he was hugging me,my cheeks immediately went after realising this as much as i didn't want to get up i was starving,i tried to maneuver myself out of his arm which only made his grip on my tighten

Shadow"Stay...don't go yet"

I heard him mumble in a deep and kinda hot tone i was pretty comfortable next to him and i may never get this chance again i then found myself nuzzling my head into his chest and trying to go back to sleep

Shadow"I..love you Sonic"

Wait what?! H-He loves me? It felt like my heart was gonna jump out my chest because of how fast it was beating i just felt so breathless,i just smile and i closed my eyes to try and fall back asleep 

Litarly have been work on this chapter for like the past 5 days so if you could vote on this it would mean alot to me slowly future chapters are gonna take longer to come out sadly
