AEW Dark
CHAPTER 11: We Meet Again.
Tonight I have my first one on one match here on Dark against a mystery opponent so I was looking forward to it. I was making my way down to the dressing room, with my bag hanging over my shoulder.
I turned to go into the hall on the left, though I quickly stopped, almost bumping into somebody. The two of us got a little startled at first.
When I removed my shades to have a better look, I took notice that it's Skye Blue.
'Oh my god! She's here on dark!!" I shouted in my thoughts with excitement.
Skye smiles looking surprised to see him and spoke out "Oh my god! It's you again! Heyyyy!"
This caused me to instantly smile back with glee while both my brows raised.
"Well hello there! We met again Miss Blue Sk-" then I quickly stopped myself and added out to correct myself.
"I mean!!-Skye Blue! Sorry......." I chuckled nervously while rubbing the back of my neck, a shade of red would appear on my cheeks.
God I felt so stupid! Especially getting her name wrong twice!
Luckily she was being a good sport about it, she giggled softly while smiling so cutely.
"Don't be sorry! You at least made a quick save!" She said so sweetly.
Such a bubbly personality she has, I really dig it, it suits her, it's cute.
I leaned my left shoulder against the wall while crossing my arms in front, my eyes flashed with charm, keeping it steady on her.
I cleared my throat and remained cool
"So....What brings you here on AEW Dark tonight?" I asked her.
"You know, I should be asking the same for you" she replies back and giggled some.
I remained cool and collective while raising a brow at her "Well, if you must know. I have a match against a mystery opponent. So I have no idea who it is. Yet. I guess Tony decided to test me tonight by seeing how good I really am in the ring. But honestly, I'm up for any kind of challenge." I said almost boastfully.
"Oh? How so?" Skye asked with interest in her eyes and curiosity in her tone.
I paused for a moment "Uhh.........." I took a moment to ponder but I didn't want to dwell for too long since I didn't want to give her the impression that I'm stupid, you know?
"I-uhh...Well uhm....It's because......It's motivating! Yeah!" I answered.
