CHAPTER 21: Unexpected Turn 💀
It was now time, after Lee Moriarty made his entrance with Big Bill, Darby Allin's theme hits and the fans began cheering.
He headed out there and I of course went out in the arena with him. I watched as Darby rides his skateboard down the ramp while I rolled my eyes behind my shades.
I walked down the ramp while Darby got off his skateboard and slammed it hard a few against the steel steps then entered the ring to do his thing at the corner. I went around to stand at ringside.
Then soon, the bell signaled for the match to begin.
I saw the two athletes lock up but then Darby goes to take his opponent in a side headlock takeover, keeping him in a lock. Then Lee reversed it to lock Darby's head in his legs for a bit but Darby reverses out of that.
Then the two men were up as Lee Moriarty get Darby into a straight jacket lock, keeping him in his grip firmly. Darby then manages to reversed out of it and locked Lee in the same hold.
Lee goes to bridge down to break his way out of the hold then got Darby back into the straight jacket hold.
Darby goes to swiftly get out of it, tossed his opponent down and followed it along with a roll up pin.
Lee kicked out at 2 and backed up into the corner. Darby was on his knee, giving his opponent a deathstare for a bit then got back up.
The fans began chanting "Let's go Darby!!"
At ringside I sighed rolling my eyes "Ohh boy........" I mumbled then just watched on.
The two men were now in the center of the ring, locking up for a moment. Then Lee goes to stomp down On Darby's chest.
Darby got up going to the corner and Lee strikes him for a bit and attempted to Irish whip him. But Darby reversed the Irish whip, sending his opponent to the corner instead.
Darby charges at him, Lee tossed him over but Darby managed to land on the ringside apron.
Lee rammed his shoulder into his midsection making his opponent shout in pain and clutches onto himself and was now at the outside of the ring.
Lee Moriarty rolled out of the ring and went after him.
Lee get Darby against the guard rail and delivered some european uppercut to him.
Then Lee goes to back up as far as possible and goes running, attempting to hit Darby with a big boot but missed.
Darby was able to get out of the way in time, resulting in Lee to land on the guard rail between his legs.
I cringed a bit thinking 'Ooooh ouch!.........' but kept watching on and took two steps closer to watch.
Darby hit Lee's back with a double axe hit then got him out, tossing him into the ring.
