CHAPTER 35: Our Second Date.
Here we are, now at a laser tag place and I took the liberty to pay a game for the both of us.
We received our laser guns and headed straight in to start our game, me and Skye aimed and shot at our targets while we also get to shoot at other players as well.
We both felt like bright, happy children at a school playground. We both hid and ran while we manage to shoot more targets and more players.
Skye squealed and laughs as I could clearly see that she was having a good time and if she's having a good time, therefore I am too.
Everywhere was all neon colors which made a detail on my shirt glow while our skin was shaded with a dim, fluorescent blue light.
Soon I grabbed Skye by the waist to pull her down with me, causing her to squeal. We both to hid behind a wall while crouched down as I joked "I think my gun is jammed!"
Skye laughs "You're such a dork!!" She comments with amusement then played along "I think you need more ammunition"
I smirked "Oh yeah? You got any I can borrow?"
"Nope!" She replied then playfully shoved me to the ground, making me stumble down and ran away from me running.
"See ya sucker!!" She exclaimed out playfully while laughing.
I raised my brows in surprise and spoke out "Hey! Get back here you traitor!!" I got back up as I went after her, trying to shoot her with my laser gun but missed everytime.
Skye ducks and hid behind walls while she also shot at other targets. "Ha haaa!" She playfully taunted and stuck her tongue out at me and proceeded to get away as much as possible.
She would turn every few seconds to get a shot at me with her lazer gun, I almost got taken out but I duck and hid.
Soon I caught up to her from behind, wrapping my arms around her waist and lifted her off the floor a bit to spin her around.
Skye squealed out and laughs while I said "For betraying me in the game you'll pay the price!"
"Aaaahhh! No!! Stop it, I surrender!!" She giggled.
I laughed "Nope!! Too late!!" Then I hoisted her over my left shoulder making her squirm and laugh out more when I jogged, carrying her around and shoot at a few more targets then eventually I got shot by another player which led me to be out.
Eventually I left the room with Skye still over my shoulder and returned the laser gun.
Skye dropped her laser gun to return it too and soon, I set her back down gently to be on her feet again.
