"It's not about the book , Pure ! He is really dangerous !" I said as she sigh.

"Nhu , how can you say that about your friend hm ?" She asked as I close my eyes , rubbing my temple.

"He isn't my friend !" I said.

"Then who is he ?" She asked as I sigh defeat , looking at her. She then gasp before turning to peek at Zee.

"Burgundy hair .. charming smile .. tall .. dark brown eyes , his name is Zee .. the first letter is 'Z' .." she said softly and soon her eyes widened.

"He is your one night boy ?!" She exclaimed loudly making me cover her mouth with my palm.

"Lower your voice !" I scolded as she pushed my hand away.

"He is Mr Mysterious ?!" She asked and I sigh , nodding.

"No wonder you're acting weird hm .." she said , smirking teasingly.

"No .. no ! It's not what you think." I said , folding my arms making her giggle.

"Come on .. you found him .. and he found you .. so be nice and talk to him .." she said as I sigh.

"Pure , you don't understand. He is bad news. He is dangerous !" I said , trying to make her understand.

"Nhu .. he told me he is a businessman so .. stop assuming things .. and be nice." She said before walking out of the kitchen , leaving me frozen in the kitchen. I clenched my jaw , turning my head to Zee's direction as I huffed in frustration.

"So Zee .. you're a businessman you say .." said Pure as I glare at Zee who was sitting across me. I chewed my food coldly as he chuckled , nodding.

"Krub .. I am a CEO of my own company." Said Zee.

"Wow , CEO , impressive .." said Pure as she nudged my arm making me frown , looking at her. She nod as I rolled my eyes , sighing.

"So how did you meet NuNoi .." she asked.

"The masquerade party .." he answered as I look at him.

"Wow .. what a small world , so you're a friend of our director , Khun Wang." She said as Zee looked at me.

"We were friends." He said as Pure nod.

"So what did you like about the party ? I mean before the whole explosion happened." She asked , eating her salad.

"Me and Nhu's must be the food right Nhu ?" Asked Pure as I faked a smile , nodding.

"Actually .. I met someone there .." he said making me look at him.

"That was the best part of the night for me." He continued , looking at me. We both stared at each other making Pure looked at us both smiling teasingly before clearing her throat.

"I should go and wash the dishes .." she said as she got up , grabbing mine and Zee's plate before walking toward the kitchen. Zee smirked making me glare at him , sighing.

I stood in the balcony , hugging my arms as I sigh.

"Beautiful night hm." Said Zee as he walked towards me , standing beside me making me turn to him coldly.

"I don't get it. What's your problem ?" I asked in frustration.

"What problem ? There's no problem at all." He said , taking out his cigarette pack. I fold my arms as he placed the cigarette in between his lips , lighting it up.

"What are you doing here ? Why did you suddenly show up huh ?" I asked as he blew out the smoke from his mouth.

"I came here to get you." He answered.

"I told you didn't I , that you are not safe here." He said.

"Jaegyun is after you. He could show up anytime." He said and I sigh.

"So before he could hurt you. It's my duty to keep you safe. I promise your father." He said sternly making me chuckle in disbelief.

"This crap again. How many times must I say that I don't need anyone to protect me ?" I asked.

"I am no longer a baby that needs someone to look after me. Plus , I already told you that you can just forget my father's word because he is no longer here anymore." I said.

"And what ? You expect me to go against his words just because he is dead ?" He asked as I look at him.

"Do you really think I want this to happen ? But because I respect your father. I respect everything he did for my family. The way to repay him back is to protect you." He said as I sigh , looking away.

"How am I supposed to trust you when you yourself is a mafia ? Who knows you can hurt me too." I said.

"I don't care if you don't trust me. I would have hurt you before with no hesitation but I didn't." He said making me breathe out.

"Jaegyun is coming after you and that's why I need you to come with me." He said making me shake my head.

"And what ? Be your so called slave ? No thank you." I said.

"I don't need anyone to take care of me so please leave me alone." I said , wanting to walk back in.

"Then are you willing to see your loved ones getting hurt ?" He asked making me stop my tracks.

"Jaegyun wouldn't stop unless he gets you under his arms. He would hurt those around you just to get to you." He said as I look at him.

"Do you really want him to hurt Pure ?" He asked as I turned to look at Pure who was cleaning up the dining table.

"If you want Pure to be safe. You have to come with me so that I can protect you and you can protect Pure." He said as I sigh. He then walked over to me standing in front of me.

"If you don't want her to get hurt. Choose wisely." He said before walking back into the apartment. I sigh , clutching my fist as I look at Pure. I ran my fingers through my hair in frustration , not knowing what to do.

I walked out of my room seeing Pure sitting in the living room , picking out a movie. Soon Zee's words crossed my mind.

"Jaegyun wouldn't stop unless he gets you under his arms. He would hurt those around you just to get to you."

"If you want Pure to be safe. You have to come with me so that I can protect you and you can protect Pure."

"If you don't want her to get hurt. Choose wisely."

"Nhu ? Why are you standing there ?" I snapped out of my thoughts seeing Pure looking at me.

"Come on , help me choose a movie to watch .." she said before turning back to the tv. I walked towards her , sitting down beside her as I look at her.

"Pure ... there's something that I want to talk to you about." I said making her turn to me , stopping whatever she was doing.
