Zee's POV.

"Did you find out who he was ?" Asked Nat.

"He was definitely one of Jaegyun's man." Said Net.

"What was the reason for him wanting to kill Zee ?" Asked James as I sigh.

"He didn't speak up at all. He just said he was paid to do so." Answered Max.

"He wants Nunew." I said making all of them turn to me.

"Wang wants me dead in order to get to Nunew. He knows he has no chance of getting Nunew if I am around." I said.

"So in order to get Nunew , he sent people to get me." I continue as they all sigh.

"What are we going to do ?" Asked Nat.

"We've got more bodyguards and yet someone can still break in .." said Max.

"Net , did you check the cameras ? Did you find out how he got in ?" I asked making Net nod.

"I did a background check on him. He is a assassin. So when I checked the cameras , he did take down our bodyguards. He broke the alarm systems before heading to your room." Said Net making me breathe out.

"What are we gonna do next ?" Asked James.

"Have you heard anything from Jimmy and Tommy ?" I asked Max making him shake his head.

"No matter what I want this whole house secured." I said.

"Net , I want you to find Jaegyun's location." I said.

"To get to Wang , we need to get through Jaegyun first .." I said.

"Nat , have you found out more about Nunew's uncle ?" I asked.

"There's zero history about him. I need more time." Answered Nat as I sighx

"Zee , what about the wedding ?" Asked James.

"We are going to move it earlier. Get it over and done with." I said as they all nod. I then got up , walking out of the room.

Nunew's POV.

I was just folding my clothes when the door opened making me turn to see Zee. I smile but soon my smile disappeared seeing a frown on his face. He walked towards me as I looked at him. He then hugged me tightly out of a sudden making me freeze in my spot , trying to process what just happened. I then slowly wrapped my arms around his waist , rubbing his back.

"Did something happen ?" I asked.

"I just needed your hug .." he answered as I slowly pulled away , looking up to him. I then realised he had a stressed out expression. I slowly placed my hand on his cheeks making him sigh , leaning more against my palm as he close his eyes.

He slowly opened his eyes , looking into mine. I smile slightly before going on my tiptoe , hugging him tightly.

"Everything will be okay .." I comforted.

I look down to Zee who had his head on my chest as he hugged my waist. I run my fingers through his hair.

"Nhu .."  he said making me hum , looking down to him.

"I was thinking of moving the wedding closer." He said making me frown.

"You mean .. you want to get married .. earlier ?" I asked making him nod slowly.

"Are you okay with it ?" He asked as he sat up slowly.

"I know .. moving it closer makes thing worse .. I know you don't really .. love and trust me yet .. I'm sorry that I have to do this .." he said , looking down as he held my hand tightly , caressing my ring.

"Zee .." I said.

"Who said I don't trust you .." I said making him look at me.

"Yes , I didn't trust you at first .. because I thought that maybe you are just going to use me .. hurt me ..." I said.

"But as days passed and the more time I spent with you .. for some reason .. I feel safe around you .." I continue.

"I am not sure about my feelings but .. I know for sure .. I can't be away from you .. we are bound to get married anyways .." I said making him smile slightly. He sigh heavily before kissing my forehead making my cheeks burn up.

"You know how to make me weak don't you .." he said , leaning his forehead against mine. I smile slightly as I then peck his lips making his eyes widened slightly in shock. He chuckled before leaning his head on my shoulder.

"I can't help but to fall for you angel." He said and soon my head started throbbing.

"I am in love with you Angel." Confessed Hia making me smile.

I clutch Zee's shoulder tightly making Zee lift his head up , looking at me. His eyes widened seeing my holding my head in pain.

"Baby .. you okay ? What's wrong ?" He asked.

"My head .. it hurts .." I whimpered.

"Hold on , let me get your painkiller .." he said , reaching his hand out to the nightstand. He pulled the drawer out , grabbing my painkiller. He took out a pill before grabbing my water bottle.

"Here .." he said making me grabbed the pill. I chugged it down with water as Zee rubbed my thigh , comforting me. I sigh , placing the bottle down as I rubbed my temple.

"You okay , angel ?" He asked as I slowly look at him.

"Zee .." I said making him hum.

"Have we ever met before ?" I asked.

Zee's POV.

I froze in my spot after hearing the question.

"Of course we have .. we met at the party remember ?" I asked , trying to play it cool.

"No .. what I meant is that .. have we met way before that ?" He asked as I look at him.

"The reason why Khun Nunew is having this headaches and reactions is because .. his brain is slowing trying to remember what happened before the incident."

"Zee ?" I snapped out my thoughts , clearing my throat.

"Baby .. the first time we ever met is at the party , I am sure .." I lied making him sigh.

"Why don't we take a short nap , we didn't have enough sleep last night and plus .. you should rest before your head starts hurting again .." I said , trying to change the topic.

"Yeah .. you're right .." He said as I smile , watching him lay down.

"Can you stay beside me ?" He asked softly making me nod as I laid down beside him. He laid his head on my forearm as I caress his cheeks softly. He look at me making me smile fondly.

"I'll be here .. I promise .." I said reassuringly as he then moved closer to me , snuggling up to me as I wrapped my arms around him. I run my fingers through his hair gently , kissing his forehead repeatedly as I whisper romantic words into his ear to calm him down. After a while , I hear soft snores coming from him making me smile. I sigh , kissing the top of his head.

"I am sorry for lying Angel .. I promise .. one day I'll tell you the truth .. just wait a little longer .." I thought.
