Third person's POV.

Zee frown , feeling the breeze from outside hits his skin gently. Zee slowly got out from his sleep but still had his eyes close , knowing that something was wrong. He knew that he closed all the windows before going to bed as he did turning the AC on. One thing that was on Zee's mind was Nunew who was asleep beside him. Zee opened his eyes slightly , seeing a guy dressed in black with a knife in his hand. The guy turned making Zee close his eyes.

Zee then heard footsteps approaching his side of the bed. Zee clutched his fist under the sheets and soon the guy lifted his hand that held the knife , pointing the tip down towards Zee's chest. The guy was about to stabbed Zee when Zee used his quick senses , grabbing the guy's wrist. Zee looked up to the guy who was wearing a mask. The guy's eyes widened as Nunew slowly turned around , frowning at the noise. Nunew's eyes widened seeing the guy making Nunew gasp , sitting up as Zee quickly kicked the guy in the stomach making the guy fall back. Zee got out of bed as the guy groan , getting up.

The guy then charged towards Zee suddenly , trying to hurt Zee with the knife but what he didn't know is that Zee has has learned all types of martial art. Zee blocked all the attacks smoothly and soon kicked the knife out of the guy's hand. Nunew clutch the sheets tightly , watching the scene in front of him in terror. He didn't know what to do. The guy then started throwing punches at Zee but Zee blocked them all , grabbing his wrist , twisting it making the guy scream in pain.

Zee then kick the back of the guy's knees making the guy fall onto the ground. Zee then grabbed his gun on the nightstand , pointing it towards the guy , placing his feet on the guy's chest hard so that the guy wouldn't budge. Zee breathed hard as he clenched his jaw.

"Who are you ?!" Shouted Zee , breathing hard. Just in time , the door bust open revealing Nat and Max along with Net and James. Their eyes widened seeing what's going on. Nat and James quickly run to Nunew who was still trying to process what just happened.

"I asked who are you ?!" Shouted Zee as the guy just smirked , laughing slightly making Zee's blood boil.

"Max , Net. Bring this guy to the basement." Ordered Zee as Max and Net then rush over to him , grabbing the guy.

"Stand up !" Shouted Max as he held one of his arm while Net held the other. The both of them then dragged the guy out of the room as Zee then turned to Nunew who was shaking.

"Nhu .. calm down na .. everything is okay .." said Nat as he held Nunew tightly against him while James rubbed his arm , comforting him. Zee placed the gun down on the bed before rushing over to Nunew , sitting in front of him as he cupped Nunew's cheek. Nunew shakily looked at Zee with fear in his eyes.

"You're okay .. don't worry .." said Zee as he then look at both James and Nat.

"Take care of him while I go handle things." Ordered Zee making both of them nodded. Zee look at Nunew one last time before getting up , grabbing his robe and gun before leaving the room.

Nunew's POV.

"Here .." said James as he hand me a glass of water.

"Everything is okay Nhu .." comforted Nat as he rubbed my arm. I couldn't stop shaking. All I need now was Zee. Zee's been gone for almost 20 minutes. Not going to lie , I am really scared.

Soon Zee came in the room with Net and Max. I then realized Zee was wiping his hands with a towel. He then approached me , kneeling down in front of me making me look at him.

"You okay angel ?" He asked as I slowly look down to his hand , seeing his palm was stained red. I stayed quiet , trying to hold back my tears.

"Guys .." said Zee making everyone slowly walked out of the room. Nat pat my head lovingly before walking out of the room with the rest , leaving me and Zee alone in the room. Zee then sat beside me on the bed as I look him.

"Angel .." Said Zee softly as I shakily grabbed his hand , looking at his stained palm. I slowly turned his hand around , seeing his bruised up knuckles. Tears escape from my eyes as I breathed in shakily.

"Nunew .." said Zee as I look at him with tears in my eyes. I then slowly hugged him , throwing him aback. He slowly wrapped his arms around my waist , rubbing my back.

"I was so scared." I croaked making him tighten his grip around me.

"I know baby .. I know ..." he whispered as I hide my face on his shoulder.

"Everything will be okay ..." he said as I tightened my arms around him as he pulled me closer into his embrace.

I gently placed the soothing cream onto Zee's knuckles which was bruised. I look up to Zee who had his eyes on me the whole time.

"Stop looking at me with those eyes." I said , treating his bruised. 

"What eyes ?" He asked.

"Just stop looking at me." I said softly making him chuckle.

"I was wondering .. what did you do to that guy ?" I asked.

"I don't think you want to know , I don't want to scare you .." he answered as I sigh.

"But I really want to know ... please .. tell me .." I said making him sigh , nodding.

"Okay .." he said as I look at him , listening to him intently.

"I killed him." He said without hesitation making me freeze.

"The reason why I have bruises on my knuckles .. is because before I killed him .. I beat the shit out of him. I decided to torture him before I killed him." He said , smirking slightly.

"That's the reason why my hands was stained with his blood ..." he continued. He then chuckled , looking down to his hands.

"You're probably scared of me now." He said , smiling slightly making me sigh. I slowly held his hand tightly making him look at me.

"You're not scary Zee ..." I said.

"I know that this is your job .. and I respect it ..." I continued.

"I understand .." I said , smiling softly making him sigh , caressing my cheek.

"Angel ... my job is to protect you now .." he said.

"Didn't I tell you that I won't let anything happened to you .. I'll protect you no matter what ..." he said making me look at him , nodding. He then slowly pulled me into his embrace.

"I would do anything for you , angel ... I would die for you ..." he whispered as I tightened my grip around him. I knew that being together with Zee , things like this is something usual for him but somehow it scares me. It scares me knowing that one day , I might lose Zee.

"I love you , Zee .." I thought.
