Nunew's POV.

"If he loved me , why did he decide to kill himself and leave me all by myself ?" I sobbed softly making Zee moved closer to me , pulling me to his embrace.

"It's okay .. it's okay .." he said , caressing my head gently. I cried on his shoulder , hiding my face as I clutched his shirt tightly.

"I miss him .." I muffled against his shoulder making him nodded , tightening his grip around me tightly.

"I'm here ... I'm here .." he whispered into my ear calmly.

- later -

Zee's POV.

I breathe out heavily , looking down to Nunew who was fast asleep. I leaned my back against the headboard as he held my hand while he sleeps. I know how much he's been suffering. I know that ever since Mr Park died , it left a much bigger hole in his heart. It hurts me as much as it hurts him. I sigh , looking down to Nunew , caressing his head gently.

- flash back -

"Did you burn it ?"Asked Mr Park as I nod.

"It's all done." I as he sigh.

"Good." He said as he then turned to me , patting my back.

"What can I do to repay you , Zee ?" He asked as I shook my head , smiling softly.

"I don't need anything , uncle." I said as he sigh.

"You know I promise your father that I'll take care of you but instead , you are taking care of me." He said chuckling.

"Zee , I am getting old .. I don't know how much strength I have left to continue to do this type of work ... soon enough you'll have to step up and be a leader." He said and I nod.

"I know.. and I won't let you down .." I said as he squeezed my shoulder.

"I know how tough it must've be for you ever since Nhu lost his memory .." he said as I look down , smiling weakly.

"It's fine if Nhu can't remember me .. I'll just continue my work as per normal .." I said as Mr Park pat my back.

"Promise me one thing , Zee ." He said as I turned to him.

"No matter what , Nhu can never know about what we do. He can never know that I am a mafia. I'll tell him one day but not now. To keep him safe , he should never know about our job." He continued making me nod.

"Krub .." I said making him smile , squeezing my shoulder.

I walked out of Mr Park's office seeing Max and Net. Soon I heard a loud bang making me turn. My eyes widened before running back towards the office with Max and Net following from behind. I push the door open and my eyes widened seeing Mr Park on the ground. The three of us rushed to him as I held his shoulder My eyed widened as blood flow from his head.

"Mr Park ?! Mr Park , wake up !" I exclaimed as I shake him , trying to get him to wake up.

"No .. no .." I said in disbelief , trying to stop him from bleeding. Max then grabbed Mr Park's wrist , trying to find a pulse. I look at Max , breathing hard , hoping that Mr Park is still alive. Max look at me , shaking his head as I then look at Mr Park , trying to wake him up.

'"Zee .." said Net as I look down seeing a paper in his hand. I grabbed it , opening it and soon frown.

'Plan his funeral well , Zee. - W.'

I crushed the paper as I shook my head looking at Mr Park. I look at both Max and Net who had their head hung low. A tear escape my eyes as I clutched Mr Park's hand. Mac held my shoulder as I shook my head , wanting it to be a dream. I clutch my fist as I look down , punching the floor in frustration and anger. Soon there was a knock on the door making Max and Net lifted their head up to the door.

"Phâaw .. is everything okay in there ?" I lifted my head up realizing it was Nunew.

"Zee , we gotta get out of here." Said Max as Net got up , looking for a place to hide.

"No matter what , Nhu can never know about what we do.."

I sat there , looking at Mr Park with my fist clutch.

"Zee , come on !" Said Max as he tried to pull me up but I yank my arm away. I quickly took out my gun , placing it on Mr Park's hand. I look at Mr Park one last time before getting up. Me and Max then ran to the balcony , hiding behind the wall as the door opened.

"Phâaw !!" I heard Nunew shouted. I turned my head , looking through the window seeing Nunew crying hard as he hugged his father. Tears rolled down my cheek as Max held my shoulder making me turn to both Net and Max who had tears streaming down their face. I clutch my fist , clenching my jaw.

- funeral day -

Me and the rest were at the burial site , standing at a distance. I turned to Max who was holding Nat who was a crying mess. Net wrapped his arms around James as James cried softly. I clenched my jaw , trying my best to hold back my tears. I then turned my head back to where the funeral is being held and soon saw Nunew. I saw how his face was pale and tears kept rolling down his cheeks uncontrollably. I look down to the note that Wang left.

"Wang will pay for what he did. I won't let you down , uncle." I thought. I then turned my heel , walking back to the car with the rest following from behind.

I sigh heavily as I then look down to Nunew who was asleep. I caress his cheek , looking at him fondly.

"I am so sorry for coming so late .. Angel .." I thought as I then pressed my lips onto his forehead. I look at him as he then snuggled up to me making me sigh , leaning my head against his.

- next day -

Nunew's POV.

I walked downstairs after a fresh shower and soon saw Zee. He turned to me making me stop my track.

"You ready ?" He asked making me frown.

"Ready for what ?" I asked.

"I am bringing you out today." He answered, throwing me aback.

"Out ?" I asked and he nodded. He then grabbed my hand , pulling me out of the house. He then opened the car door for me , looking at me.

"Are you sure it's okay for me to go out ? ..." I asked , feeling somewhat unsure.

"Don't worry ... Max and Nat are coming with us." He said making me turn around to see Max and Nat in about car behind us.

"And plus , I am here. Nothing will happen to you. So , why don't we get some fresh air ?" He said as I sigh in defeat , nodding. He then nodded to the car as I slowly got in. He shut the door before walking to the other side. He got in , starting the car as he then turned to me. He grabbed my seatbelt , wearing it for me. I look at him as he smile slightly before driving off.
