Epilouge 1

Nunew's POV

My office door bust open making me look up from my laptop to see Pure , breathing hard.

"We got an emergency case , room 502." She said making my eyes widened as I then got up , grabbing my stethoscope and coat , rushing out.

I entered the room seeing the the patient breathing hard and sweating. I quickly checked his heartbeat , listening to it. I then felt his temperature realising he is burning up.

"Hand me the light." I said as Pure handed me a small light.

"Sir , I am going to shine the lights on your eyes na." I said before shining the light onto his pupils.

"His fever is spiking up .. that's what caused him to be like this , change the drip to antibiotics immediately , give him painkiller too .. just incase .." I said making the nurse nod as I look at Pure , nodding.

"You did it again , doctor Panich .." said Pure making me chuckle.

"I am just doing my job .." I said making her giggle.

"Right , aren't you supposed to be home early for your husband ?" She asked making me look at my watch. My eyes widened realizing what time it is.

"Shit ! Right , I have to go before Zee kills me , see you next two week na~" I said in a rush as I speed walk towards my office. I quickly removed my coat , placing it on the hanger as I then grabbed my things. I left the office , jogging out of the building and towards my car. I got in , placing my things beside me as I started the car.

"Siri , call hubby." I said as I drove.

'Calling Hubby ❤️ ..'

"Baby .. where are you ?" Asked Zee

"I am so sorry baby , I was handling a patient just now and lost track of time .. I promise you , I am on the way home.." I said , clutching the steering wheel.

"It's fine , I understand you're busy .. I'll just see you at home.." with that Zee hung up making me pout in confusion.

"Aow .." I said knowing that Zee is sulking. I then tried to think about how to stop Zee from sulking and soon an idea popped up making me smile.

- later -

I got out of the car with the guards greeting me as I walked towards the door. The door was open by the guards as I walked in the huge entrance.

"Oh Nhu there you a-." I placed my finger on my lips as Nat looked at me confused. I then walked towards him , looking around.

"Where's Zee ?" I whispered.

"Why are you whispering ?" He whispered back.

"And aren't you supposed to be with Zee about an hour ago ?" He whispered.

"I know , I totally forgot about today ... I was too caught up with work , where's Zee ?" I asked.

"He's upstairs .." he answered making me smile.

"Thanks Jelly~" I said , kissing his cheek before running up the stairs. I slowly opened the door , peeking my head in , looking around the room not seeing Zee anywhere. I then soon realized the balcony door was open making me smile , walking in.

I placed my bag down on the bed , holding the bouquet of flowers behind me as I slowly walked towards the balcony. I soon saw my husband's broad back facing me. He had one of his hands in his pocket while the other holds his vaping device. I placed the bouquet of flowers down quietly , creeping up from the back. I snake my arms around his waist , placing my chin on his shoulder.

"I am sorry .." I pout.

"For ?" He asked , still not facing me.

"For being late .." I said as he sigh , unwrapping my arms before turning around. I look up to him , pouting in guilt.

"I am so sorry baby .." I said , holding his waist as he look at me coldly.

"I swear I didn't forget today .. I was just so caught up with work that I lost track of time .." I pout making him sigh.

"I am sorry na~ forgive me please~" I aoned making him sigh in defeat , cupping my cheeks before placing a peck on my lips.

"It's fine .. I forgive you .." he said making me smile softly as he caress my cheek. I then got out of his arms , walking towards the table. I grabbed the bouquet of flowers , walking back to him.

"Happy 4th anniversary , Hia .." I said as he chuckled, grabbing the bouquet of flowers.

"Flowers ?" He asked.

"I know it's simple but it's my way to tell you not only you can give flowers in this relationship .. and It's my way to tell you I love you and I am sorry in a simple way .." I said making him chuckle softly , grabbing my waist , pulling me close.

"Thank you baby .. they are beautiful .. and I don't need gifts .. being with you everyday makes me the most happiest .." he said , pecking my lips lovingly making me hum in satisfaction.

"I love you .." I said , going on my tiptoes to hug him tightly.

"I love you so much more , my angel .." he said as I hide my face on the crook of his neck , taking in his vanilla scent.

"Baby .." he said making me hum.

"We should probably head the road now .." he said making my eyes widened.

"Right ! I have to pack ! Omg !" I said , moving away from his arms. I quickly rushed into the room , taking out my bag.

- later -

I was packing my bag when two arms wrapped around my waist.

"Zee , I need to pack or else we'll be late for our reservations .." I pout as he then cleared his throat , revealing something on his palm. I frown , looking down at it seeing a red velvet box. I placed my clothes down , turning to him slowly , looking at him with a confused smile.

"What's this ?" I asked , chuckling.

"One of my presents for our anniversary .." he said making me frown.

"One ?" I asked.

"There's still more but I'll push that back for later .." he answered making me smile fondly. He then nod making me grabbed the red velvet box. I giggled , sitting down on the bed as I opened it. I soon gasp , looking at what was in the box.

"Aww , baby .. it's beautiful .." I said , looking up to him making him smile widely.

"Wanna wear it ?" He asked making me nod eagerly. He grabbed the bracelet , grabbing my wrist gently as he helped me wore it. He caress it before looking at me.

"Like it ?" He asked.

"Like it ? I love it !" I said , jumping into his arms , hugging me tightly. I pulled away as he caressed my head lovingly.

"Shall we celebrate our anniversary , my husband ?" He asked making me giggle , nodding.

I am back with the epilogue episodes !! 🩷 did yall miss me ?
