Day 10: Wednesday

"Good morning.", Owen yawned as he slowly opened his eyes. He was holding Amelia in his arms and noticed how she had already been awake and staring at him. "Do you like what you are seeing?", he chuckled.

"Very much so.", his girlfriend flirted. "I am shocked I woke up earlier than you.", she added. "I think we're the only ones who are up. Maybe we should make breakfast, the drunkies will be super hungry when they finally join us.", she figured.

"Sounds good. But like...they're still sleeping, so how about we take our time? I mean, I need a shower first.", the redhead informed her and smirked, waiting for her answer. "You too?"

"Guess I could use one as well.", Amelia laughed and leaned in to give her boyfriend a passionate kiss. "The three rounds last night haven't been enough for you?", she giggled cutely and nuzzled his nose.

"I can never get enough of you.", Owen replied truthfully. "Let's go.", he grinned and pulled his girlfriend out of bed to occupy the bathroom down the hall together with her. "You have condoms in your sponge bag, right?"

"Yep.", the brunette nodded as she locked the door behind them before she walked over to where her bag was and grabbed like five different options of several kinds of condoms, causing her boyfriend to look surprised. "I was being optimistic.", she bit her lower lip.

"You are definitely something else, Amelia Shepherd.", the redhead shook his head in amusement. "You choose, I don't care. We can use the others later.", he playfully suggested, which made his counterpart shove him a little as she chuckled.

"And you love me for it, Owen Hunt.", his girlfriend stated, so he just started kissing her again to prove to her that she was right. Once they were done, they walked downstairs together. "Oh God. I think we can't go on another hike today. What happened here?"

"They seem to have turned the dance into a party after all.", her boyfriend pointed out in shock. "This is just total chaos.", he added quietly as soon as the couple noticed Meredith and Derek sleeping on the couch.

"That's a sight I wouldn't have needed.", Amelia whined since her brother and his girlfriend were lying there, nakedly tangled with each other. "I'll clean the kitchen. Wanna come?", she addressed Owen, who looked like he was about to start laughing before he nodded.

"Hi, Nelly!", he greeted the dog who was waiting for breakfast in the kitchen, causing them to give it to her. "Sit! Good Girl!", he praised and took a second to cuddle the pet, who loved the extra attention a lot. "Don't know how wise it was of Jackson to actually bring her here.", he said.

"Well, who else would take care of her? The Averys are very busy people, you know that.", the brunette reminded him softly. "I think we should delay our cleaning session and preparing food for everyone. Let's walk Nelly first."

"Sounds like a great plan.", Owen agreed. "Come on, Sweetie.", he told the dog, who excitedly sprinted towards the main door. He put her leash on her and they quietly left the cabin. "This could be our future. Starting off with our own dog, continuing with us having some kids...", he daydreamed loudly.

"Owen, we are way too young to be thinking about children. Especially since we have only gotten together like a week ago or something.", his girlfriend giggled. "Wait here for a second, I am going to get us coffee to go.", she announced.

"Thank you.", the redhead smiled at her once she was back and handed him his cup. "But you know, although it has only been a week of us officially being together, it already feels like a lifetime and I know it's ridiculous to be talking about kids right now, but when I imagine my future, you are the person I see with me.", he shyly shared.

"Well, for the record, I do feel the same way.", Amelia admitted and kissed his cheek. "But I also enjoy living in the present with you.", she softly added. "Please give me the leash, I wanna walk Nelly plus your hand still isn't totally fine."

"Okay, okay.", her boyfriend laughed. "I know you are such a fan of Nelly.", he grinned. "It's already Wednesday, I am sad our time here is ending so soon.", he sighed, figuring they wouldn't see each other as much once school started again.

"Yeah, me too.", the brunette frowned. "But let's promise each other to have lunch together whenever we can.", she begged and felt him wrap his free arm around her. "I can't believe I saw my brother naked this morning.", she whined.

"You're never going to recover from that view, will you?", Owen laughed and kissed her head. "Maybe you can make him buy you something to forget. Didn't you say you want a new phone?", he joked.

"Nice idea.", his girlfriend realized. "I'll try that.", she giggled. After an hour of walking, they opened the main door again, letting the dog drink some water. The cabin was still awfully quiet, so the couple just started cleaning the kitchen and making breakfast or rather brunch.

"Good morning.", Jackson yawned half an hour later. "Oh God, please tell me you let Nelly take a shit, the poor girl must be feeling so bad right now.", he worried about his excited dog that was jumping up his legs.

"No worries, we walked her for a whole hour. She's pretty happy. Also ate and drank.", Amelia answered. "You though, you look like absolute crap.", she informed him, causing him to tilt his head in fake-annoyance.

"Amelia, why do you always have to be so mean?", the Avery whined before he smirked and shook his head. "I mean, you are right, so I guess it's fine. Thanks for making breakfast, I'll do the dishes after we ate.", he said, referring to the core being his and Andrew's duty today.
