Day 4: Thursday

---

"Hey Guys, come on in.", Mark told his friend that he knew from the several times he had been here before. The group was having a party and he had invited the others as well in order to make this whole thing even better than it already would be.

"Hi!", Lexie greeted them too. "There are snacks and drinks in the kitchen. Everyone can take whatever they want.", she explained to them and smiled. Although this was her boyfriend's cabin, they were hosting the party together.

"Well, I sure see one standing in the living room.", Isabella joked upon spotting Jackson. She liked flirting with strangers, especially if it meant she'd be getting a one-night-stand after.

"Sorry Bella, he's taken.", her blonde friend chuckled. "Nobody of this group is truly single. Those who are, are still already involved with each other anyway.", he shared. "I am gonna bring you a single guy next time, promise."

"You better, because you definitely have some hot friends.", Erin added. She was bisexual, so she was referring to the whole group and not just the boys. "Let's get something to drink, Guys.", she addressed Isabella, Jenny, David, Landon and Tyler.

"Hi, I am David.", one of the newbies introduced himself to Owen, Callie, Arizona, and Derek, who were currently occupying the kitchen. "A friend of Mark's. Nice to meet you all.", he smiled and shook their hands, before he let his friends introduce themselves as well.

"You're the football player, right?", Andrew joined the group after hearing the name. His counterpart nodded proudly. "Mark has told us so much about you.", he informed the blonde.

"Oh, don't be shy about it, you never are.", Jenny teased her boyfriend and grabbed his hand. "You are a legend after all.", she reminded him and grinned from ear to ear, extremely proud of David.

"Sorry to interrupt you, but who is she?", Tyler questioned upon seeing Amelia in the living room. Everyone followed his gaze and Owen felt a wave of jealousy overcome him. Of course, it had to be his crush that someone was interested in after seeing her for like a second.

"That's my sister, Amelia.", Derek took over, smoothly informing the newbies that she was under constant protection because her brother was around. He knew his redheaded friend well and figured he wasn't happy with other people asking about Amelia, so he had taken over the talking.

"Now that you say it...", Landon replied. "You two look super alike.", he realized. "So cool! My brother and I used to share the same circle of friends too. It's super cool but can also be super annoying."

"Tell me about it.", the Shepherd chuckled, when Callie hit him. "Ouch! Why did you do that?", he wanted to know, feeling betrayed by one of his best friends, before he sipped on his drink.

"Ask Amelia! You're the annoying one, not her. Your big brotherly sense of having to protect her all the time is worse than everything she does.", the brunette told him and shook her head for emphasis while her girlfriend nodded in agreement.

"Anyway, nice to meet you. We're gonna get to know the others.", Erin said, talking to Maggie, April, Alex and Jackson next. Tyler, Isabella and Landon walked over to where Amelia, Jo, and Meredith were standing.

"I'll just...", Owen started and heard a lot of yeahs from his friends as he made his way into the living room as well, approaching the now rather big group of people. He didn't want to limit his crush in any way, but he couldn't help feeling jealous of this Tyler.

"Hi.", Amelia's face lit up upon noticing the redhead. She wrapped her arms around his neck and pecked his lips to greet him. "Did you have snacks already?", she asked him softly as he was holding her in his arms.

"Nope, I've just made most of them.", her crush joked and kissed her again, so Tyler wouldn't think he got to flirt with her or something. "Wanna have a coke?", he asked her, gently caressing Amelia's back.

"With vodka.", Isabella added a suggestion and wiggled her eyebrows. Most of them were having alcohol and it was almost 9pm, so there were no valid excuses to be made anymore. "Half vodka half coke.", she said.

"Uh, no thanks.", the brunette responded and swallowed heavily, hoping for this topic to be over soon. She was not going to talk to strangers about her addiction, but she also wouldn't accept any drink that had alcohol in it.

"Come with me, you have to try my pizza rolls.", Owen addressed her again, changing the topic and pulling her away from the group into the kitchen. He had partly said it to get her out of there, but also wanted to actually know her opinion about the food.

"Thank you, Owen.", Amelia sighed, relieved to have gotten out of this situation through him. "I hope they are really good if you're that sure about them.", she joked and pecked his cheek. "And I want to have that coke that you asked me about.", she added softly.

"They will be the best ones you ever had.", the redhead bragged and started laughing after because he wasn't confident enough to keep those strong words coming since he had tried one and they were just fine, but nothing special.
