FAIR FOR FAIRWELL

Days passed, feels like in a blink, and we were already giving exams. The last days of our school, last days of us being reckless teens cuz soon we'll be in college it'll be new place, new people and new responsibilities.

No matter what we say, school days were the best. And nothing can compare the happiness I experienced here.

"How was your exam?" I heard Haarsh. I looked back and saw him walking with Rihan and Diya. "Ok ok I guess ... What about you guys?"

"Fine!" Three of them sighed. "Finally the exams are over, should we go to some cafe to celebrate?" Diya exclaimed and we all nodded.

We sat in our regular cafe place and order or usual. "Um guys?" Haarsh spoke gaining our attention.

"I actually want to tell you guys something" he looked nervous. "Um... I got admission in a University in London"

(A/N:- my dear readers I have no idea about admission process of foreign and all so😅 don't say it's too early to get admission letter.... Let's just live in fiction🤧)

My action stopped the moment I heard him, he is going away Were the only words roaming in my mind. Not just because of the crush I have on him but the bond, the friendship we developed in this year it's so special for me, for some reason. And I don't want to loose it.

The day I found out that he is planning to leave, set me into unknown fear....

"WHAT???" Rihan and Diya shouted making me come out of my trance. "Are you serious?" Diya shook him, holding him by his shoulders.

"You are leaving us?" Rihan looked flabbergasted. Then his attention went on me. "By the reaction I can judge that you already knew" he arched his eyebrows.

"Yeah, some months ago.... It's just by mistake I saw his laptop and found out about it" I said. "So when are you leaving?" Rihan asked to Haarsh.

"Uh... That, um... A week later" he said and we all gasped. "THAT EARLY???" We all Shouted together.

"Guys calm down.... Actually my father wants me to settle down there before my classes starts so that I can get used to everything" He sighed.

"Make sense" Diya nodded. "You know what let's give you a farewell party" Rihan stepped in.

"Yeah.... Let's go to the fair, it's nearby" Diya squealed. "Yes! That's a good idea" I agreed. "Girls it's his farewell party not yours, let him decide" Rihan groaned.

I pouted and gave Haarsh the best puppy eyes, he chuckled while shaking his head in disbelief. "How can I say no to that?" He mumbled enough for me to hear.

"Ok, let's go there" He said. Me and Diya shouted in excitement while Rihan groaned in frustration.

"So guys just don't get lost in this crowd, Everyone stay together- where are the girls?" Rihan stopped when we didn't found Diya and Jaanvi beside us.

I looked in front and there you go, they both were running and squealing in excitement. "Gosh am I am dealing with 5 year old kids?" Rihan sighed, I nodded.

"Girls for God's sake stay beside us!" I shouted, they stopped and pouted. "This won't work when you are being such a spoilt brat" I pinched her cheeks.

"I am NOT!" She huffed. "Ok guys to the rides first" Diya said to which we all nodded.

We had fun the whole time, I forgot the sadness I felt knowing I will be leaving soon. For sure I will miss India, I will miss my family, I will miss my friends and .... I will definitely miss Jaanvi.

They all hold a special place in my heart, specially this girl beside me. I looked at Jaanvi's smiling face. How can I not Miss her when She made everything in my life so beautiful and easy just by being in it.

"It's beautiful" I hear her whisper. I looked at her, who was looking at the beautiful light up city in front. We were on the Ferris wheel.

"Yes, it is beautiful" I commented, looking at her intensely. Her attention finally, shifted on me. Her beautiful choclate brown eyes looked into mine, felt like the world stopped.

Oh no this is not the first time I felt this, she makes me feel a whole lot of thing just by staring into my damn eyes.

Our face was quite close, she smiled still not noticing our proximity. "It's been so long that I visited a fair, it feels like I am a child again" she giggled.

"Hmm" I just hummed, while still staring at her and my eyes fell on her beautiful pink lips and the only thing was going in my mind was.

The hell is wrong with me?

Maybe it's because I am leaving her and will miss her but still it doesn't explain the weird feelings. I feel them everytime but now they are stronger.

I am doomed.

I erased the distance between us a lil more and that's when I heard her gasp. She looked into my eyes so did I, but again my eyes went to her lips.

Maybe unconciously or whatever she leaned more into me, I did the same and finally our lips attached.

My heart skipped a beat feeling her soft lips on mine. Butterflies? A whole damn zoo was what I felt inside my body. I've felt so alive the moment her lips moved over mine.

I felt dizzy, I am not able to think straight all I wanted was her at this damn moment. I want to stop the time. The kiss was soft yet very passionate. I pulled her closer because feeling her was all I want now.

I sucked her lips, strawberry. That's what it taste and I felt already addicted to it.

Our kiss broke and I looked at her deeply, damn beautiful. Her cheeks turned red, and had this beautiful lil smile dancing on her lips.

We didn't spoke anything after we were out of the Ferris wheel.

I don't know what I did was Wrong or right but if I listen to my heart and soul nothing felt this right.
